Cooling fan
o A tangential cooling fan is fi
tted inside of the appliance, to make the internal temperature of the oven stable and the external surface temperature lower.
o After you have finished cooking and switched off the oven, the
cooling fan will continue to run for a period of
time afterwards. The length of time will depend on how long the oven has been switched on for and at how high a temperature.
