INTRODUCTION MOUNTING YOUR CAMER A OR CAMCORDER

ActionPan Profession al Grade
Stabilizing Action Grip.
The Action Pan gives you a
comfor table grip on your
shooting equipment, allowing
you to shoot extreme action
sports steadily. You can use the
ActionPan to capture the action
from any angle – even low angles
– smoothly and with incredible
stability and control.
1. With one h and hold ing the
Actio nPan and the othe r hand on
your camera or camcorder, alig n
the cam era’s 1/4 "-20 trip od mount
to any pos ition al ong the mo unting
platform.
2. Raise the c amera aw ay from th e
mounting plat form and s lide the
mounting screw located o n the
ActionPan’s underside to the
desired position.
3. Place your ca mera back on the
platf orm wit h its tripod moun ting
socket positioned directly above
the Act ionPa n’s mounting screw.
Inser t the mou nting sc rew into
your camera’s tripod mounting
socket , and turn t he knob o f
the mou nting scr ew until yo ur
camer a is secu rely attached t o the
ActionPan’s mounting platform.
The mou nting scr ew can be
loosened or tightened as required
for further adjustments.

The acc essor y shoe loc ated on t he top of
the Ac tionPa n can be used to att ach any
acces sory su ch as a mic rophone, LED
light , or flash w ith a hot s hoe or col d shoe
type connection.
1. Inser t your acce ssory ’s hot shoe
foot int o the acce ssory s hoe
mount.
2. Use your access ory’s locking
mecha nism to lo ck the accessor y in
place and en sure tha t it is secu rely
attached to the ActionPan.
To change the direc tion of t he shoe
mount , for adde d control over your
acces sory ’s angle or direct ion:
1. Loosen or remove the mountin g
screw co nnecti ng the acce ssor y
shoe to t he Actio nPan’s han dle
via the l arge kn ob locat ed at the
under side of th e handle’s ti p
2. Reposition the accessory shoe
mount as desired
3. Tightly sc rew the mou nting sc rew
back in to the thr eaded so cket of
the accessory shoe mount.
The acc essor y shoe can also be re moved
if not nee ded by uns crewi ng its mounting
screw a nd remov ing the shoe mount .

Limited One-Year Warranty
This VELLO product is warranted to the original purchaser to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal consumer
use for a period of one () year from the original purchase date or thirty (30) days after replacement, whichever occurs later. The warranty
provider’s responsibility with respect to this limited warranty shall be limited solely to repair or replacement, at the provider’s discretion,
of any product that fails during normal use of this product in its intended manner and in its intended environment. Inoperability of the
product or part(s) shall be determined by the warranty provider. If the product has been discontinued, the warranty provider reserves
the right to replace it with a model of equivalent quality and function.
This warranty does not cover damage or defect caused by misuse, neglect, accident, alteration, abuse, improper installation or maintenance.
EXCEPT AS PROVIDED HEREIN, THE WARRANTY PROVIDER MAKES NEITHER ANY EXPRESS WARRANTIES NOR ANY IMPLIED
WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A
PARTICULAR PURPOSE. This warranty provides you with specific legal rights, and you may also have additional rights that vary from
state to state.
To obtain warranty coverage, contact the Vello Customer Service Department to obtain a return merchandise authorization (“RMA”)
number, and return the defective product to Vello along with the RMA number and proof of purchase. Shipment of the defective product
is at the purchaser’s own risk and expense.
