THANK YOU FOR CHOOSING VELLO
The Umbra screen protector is designed for extended use to protect your camera’s LCD from scratches, dust, smears, and even
impacts. It adheres to the LCD without leaving behind a sticky residue, and it’s rigid, so it’s easy to apply without trapping air
bubbles underneath. The Vello Screen Protector is made from ultra-thin optical glass that allows 98% light transmittance so it won’t
aect the LCD’s appearance or functionality.
Please read these instructions carefully before applying your Vello Glass Screen Protector.
1. Remove any film or
other substances that
are stuck to your
camera’s LCD.
2. Clean the LCD with
the wet wipe, and
allow the LCD to dry
before applying the
screen protector.
To remove the Vello Screen Protector, remove th e LCD shade, and push the screen protec tor to the side until you can lift i t up to remove it.
3. Peel o the backing
film from the screen
protector. Be careful
not to get fingerprints
on this side of the
screen protector.

4. Make sure your
camera is on a stable
surface, and align the
screen protector with
your camera’s LCD.
5. Press down on the
center of the screen
protector, and push
outwards to apply.
6. Open the LCD shade,
and attach it by
aligning its magnetic
strips with the metal
edges of the screen
protector and placing
it onto the LCD.

This VELLO product is warranted to the original purchaser to be free from defects in materials
One-Year Limited Warranty
and workmanship under normal consumer use for a period of one (1) year from the original
purchase date or thirty (30) days after replacement, whichever occurs later. The warranty
provider’s responsibility with respect to this limited warranty shall be limited solely to repair
or replacement, at the provider’s discretion, of any product that fails during normal use of this
product in its intended manner and in its intended environment. Inoperability of the product
or part(s) shall be determined by the warranty provider. If the product has been discontinued,
the warranty provider reserves the right to replace it with a model of equivalent quality and
function.
This warranty does not cover damage or defect caused by misuse, neglect, accident,
alteration, abuse, improper installation or maintenance. EXCEPT AS PROVIDED HEREIN,
THE WARRANTY PROVIDER MAKES NEITHER ANY EXPRESS WARRANTIES NOR ANY
IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY
OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. This warranty
provides you with specific legal rights, and you may also have additional rights that vary from
state to state.
To obtain warranty coverage, contact the Vello Customer Service Department to obtain a
return merchandise authorization (“RMA”) number, and return the defective product to Vello
along with the RMA number and proof of purchase. Shipment of the defective product is at the
purchaser’s own risk and expense.
