INTRODUCTION
The bracket is all metal yet lightweight . It includes a cork pad to prevent the camera from slipping on the mount. The height of the upright arm of the bracket is adjustable. There is also a 1/4˝-20 socket for tripod mounting. Integrated feet allow you to securely set your camera down mid-session. Please follow the instructions below to get the most out of your Vello Rotating Flash Bracket .

TO MOUNT THE CAMERA
1. Mount the camera to the plate by screwing the mounting knob into your camera's tripod socket.
The top plate can be removed if necessary to accommodate certain models of larger cameras. Use a screwdriver to remove the screw holding the plate to the bracket.
2. Before tightening the mounting knob, make certain that the camera is ush against the retaining lip of the plate.
ADJUSTING THE UPRIGHT ARM
The upright bracket can be adjusted to properly center the ash unit and to accommodate larger cameras.

1. Loosen the two screws on the side of the upright arm.
2. Adjust the bracket's position. The center of the lens should align with the shaped hole in the bracket.
3. Retighten the screws. The ash will now be centered above the lens when you switch to a vertical orientation.

MOUNTING THE FLASH
The Vello Rotating Flash Bracket features an adjustable cold shoe.
1. Turn the red knob counter­clockwise until the shoe mount is open wide enough to accommodate the ash.
2. Tighten the red knob until the ash is secure.
3. Connect your ash to your camera with the appropriate sync cord for your model of ash and camera (not included). Sync cords can be obtained from your photo equipment dealer.

1. The Vello Rotating Flash Bracket allows you to hold your camera as you normally would, right hand holding the camera, ready to press the shut ter button.
2. To switch from horizontal (landscape) to vertical (portrait) positioning, grasp the ash unit near the shoe mount and pull the rotating arm down clock wise.
3. At the same time, turn the camera to the ver tical orientation.
FIVE YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY
Vello provides a limited warranty to the original purchaser that this product is free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal consumer use for a period of ve (5) years from the original purchase date. Vello's responsibility shall be limited solely to repair or replacement, at its option.
