2. DISIMBALLAGGIO E TRASPORTO

Rimuovere l’app arecchio e tutti gli e lementi di imballaggio.
Se il riscaldatore appare danneggiato, infor mare il concessionario presso il quale è
stato ef fettuato l’acqui sto.
Per traspo rtare l’apparecchi o, usare l’impugnatur a n° 5 fig 1.
L’apparecc hio deve essere tra sportato nell’i mballaggio originale co n i materiali di

sicurezza.

4. ACCENSIONE DEL RISCALDATORE

AVVERTENZA!!! Prima di avviare l’apparecchio, prendere tutte le misure di sicurezza
ripor tate nella sezione “In formazioni sulla sic urezza” E’ neces sario seguirle pe r far
funzionare in modo sicuro il riscaldatore.
Controllare c he il cavo di alimentazio ne sia integro in ogni sua pa rte. Se il cavo di
alimentaz ione è danneggiato, deve e ssere sostitui to dal costrut tore o dal suo serviz io
assisten za, o comunque da una per sona con qualifica sim ilare. Verificare che le
carat teristiche elet triche della pres a di corrente corrisp ondano a quanto ripor tato
sul libret to di istruzioni o s ulla targhetta dei d ati tecnici della macchi na. Sistemare
l’apparecchio in posizione piana.
Assicur arsi che il commutator e sia sulla posizione “0 ” (1-fig. 2). Collegare i l cavo di
alimentazione alla rete elettrica.
Ruotare il commutatore sulla posizione desiderata:
Solo ventila zione (2-fig. 2)
Minima potenza (3-fig. 2)

Massima pote nza (4-fig. 2)

5. SPEGNIMENTO

Portare i l commuttore nella po sizione “0” (1-fig. 2). Lasciar r affreddare l ’apparecc hio
per 5 minuti p rima di spegnerlo.

6. REGOLAZIONE DELLA TEMPERATURA

Dopo aver colle gato il dispositivo a lla rete ed impostat a la posizione desid erata sul
commutato re (8-fig. 1), regolare il termos tato (9-fig. 1) nella posizio ne massima. Una
volta ragg iunta la temperatura d esiderata nel loc ale, il dispositivo si sp egne (”click”).
A questo pu nto il termostato at tiverà e disat tiverà automaticam ente il dispositivo, pe r

mantenere una temperatura costante nel locale.

7. RICOVERO

Se l’apparecch io non è utilizzato p er un lungo periodo di te mpo, pulirlo prima di
riporlo f are una pulizia genera le, utilizzando ar ia compressa per puli rlo internamente.
Il riscald atore deve essere tenu to in un luogo asciut to e pulito. Prima di ricomi nciare
ad usarlo as sicurarsi che il cav o di alimentazione non si a stato danneggiato. In c aso di
dubbi, contat tare il venditore o il ce ntro di assistenza a utorizzato.

1. SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

•

WARNING! Do not place t he heater directly u nder the wall outlet . Do not touch
internal components of the heater. WARNING! Children of less than 3 years should
be kept away unless continuously supervised.

•

Children age d from 3 years and less t han 8 years shall only swi tch on/off the
appliance prov ided that it has bee en placed or installe d in its intended nor mal
operatin g position and they ha ve been given super vision or instruc tion concerning
use of the app liance in a safe way and under stand the hazar ds involved. Children
aged fro m 3 years and less than 8 year s shall not plug in, regulate an d clean the
appliance or perform us er maintenance.

risk of sta rting the fire.

Do not use th e heater in dusty space s or rooms where gaso line, solvents, paint s
or other volat ile and inflammable ma terials are stored in or der to avoid the risk of
explosion.

•

The heater sho uld not be used close t o the curtains or ot her textiles in or der to
avoid the ris k of fire.

•

Be part icularly cautiou s when using the heater in th e rooms frequente d by children
or animals.

•

Use only a fee der cable including t he earth lead in order t o avoid electric sho ck in
emergency situations.

•

Do not unplug t he heater by pulling the wire o ut of the wall socket. T he appliance
should cool d own through the ventila tion effec t.

•

Unplug the hea ter when not used in orde r to avoid accidental damag es.

•

Before yo u dismantle the casing c heck if the feed er cable has been pulle d out of the
wall socket . Internal component s may be live.

2. UNPACKING AND TRANSPORT

Open the pa ckage and take the heater o ut including all the saf ety locks ins talled for
the period of transport.
Should the app liance seem damaged, no tify immediate ly the seller of the event.
The device sh ould be carried by t he handle (No. 5 in Fig. 1.)

The heater sho uld be transpor ted in original packa ge including the saf ety locks.

4. SWITCHING ON

WARNING !!!: Caref ully read this servic e manual before you st art to use the heater.
The instr uctions contain ed herein will allow you to us e the appliance in a safe
manner.
Make sure the po wer supply cable has not b een damaged. If the su pply cord is
damaged, it m ust be replaced by the ma nufacturer, its s ervice agent or similar ly
qualifie d persons in order to avo id a hazard.
Moreover, chec k if the technical pa rameters of power sup ply source comply with t he
requireme nts specifie d on the rating plate. Place t he appliance in its upr ight position.
Make sure the s witch is on the ”0” posi tion (1- fig-2). Connect the heater to t he power
supply source.
Then, move the s witch (8- fig-1) on the desired po sition:

•

fan only (2-fi g-2)

•

1st degree of h eating: (3-Fig. 2)

•

2nd degree o f heating: (4-Fig. 2).

5. SWITCHING OFF

To switch the de vice off, put the swi tch in ”0”. (1-fig.2)

6. TEMPERATURE CONTROL

Once the dev ice is connected to th e mains and the switch (8-f ig.1) is on the desire d
positio n, set the thermos tat to maximum. Once the d esired temperatu re in the room
is reached, t he thermostat wi ll turn off the dev ice (“ click”). The ther mostat will now
automatically switch the device on and off, maintaining the desire d temperature in

the room.

7. OUT-OF-SEASON STORAGE

Should the app liance remain idle for a long p eriod of time, clean it b efore shoving by
blowing the i nside with compres sed air. The heater should be kep t in a dry and clean
place. Befo re you start usin g it again make sure the power su pply cable has not bee n
damaged.

In the case o f any doubts contact t he seller or approved s ervice centre.

In accomplishme nt of the Directiv es 2002/95/CE, 2002/96/CE a nd
2003/108/CE, relati ng to the reductio n of the usage of dangero us
materials into t he electronic , el ectric appliance s and also to the waste

disposal. T he symbol of the cro ssed bin which is on th e device or on the
packagin g signifies that th e product at the end of i ts working life mus t be collected
separatel y from the other was te materials. Theref ore, the user will have to giv e the
appliance at th e end of his life to the appro priate centers for th e separate collec tion of
elect ronic and electro te chnical wastes, o r give it back to the reta iler while
purchasing a n ew device of equivalen t kind. The appropria te separate collec tion for
the followi ng sending of the unuse d appliance to the waste r ecycling, to the
treatment a nd to the disposal comp atible with the envir onment contribute s to avoid
possible n egative effe cts on the enviro nment and on the health and co ntributes the
reuse and / or re cycling of the mater ials with which the app liance is made of. The
unauthor ized disposal of the p roduct by the user i nvolves the applicat ion of the
sanct ions based on curre nt regulations of law. For fu rther informat ion related to the

GUARANTEE CONDITIONS

normal ope rations of the produ ct. In partic ular, and as an example, note that t he
cutti ng of the power cord of the tr ansformer or th e fact of forget ting to recharge
the lead bat teries of the produ cts which use t hem invalidate the guarante e.

3. The guarante e is invalid if the produc t has been tampere d with or repaired by

unauthorized personnel.

Ne débranc hez jamais le radiateur en r etirant le câble d’aliment ation de la prise
secteu r : l’appareil doit d’abord se re froidir sous l’ef fet de la ventilation.

Débranch ez le radiateur lors que vous ne l’utilisez pa s. Autrement, vous ri squez
d’endommager l’appareil.

•

Avant d’enlever le fil m de protection aut our de l’appareil, vérifi ez que le câble
d’alimentatio n ne soit pas inséré dans l a prise de courant. Le s éléments intérieur s
peuvent êt re encore sous tension.

2. DÉBALLAGE ET TRANSPORT

Lors du déba llage, si le radiateur sembl e endommagé, veuillez pr endre contact

Vérifiez q ue le câble d’alimentation n e soit pas endommagé. E n cas de défauts
apparents, faites remplacer immédiatement l’appareil par le vendeur. Vérifiez que
les paramè tres électr iques de l’alimentation s ecteur corresp ondent aux donnée s
indiquée s dans ce mode d’emploi ou sur la plaq ue signalétique. Ins tallez l’appareil
sur son supp ort No 7 figure 1. Vérif iez que le commutateur N o 8 figure 1 soit sur la
positio n ”0”. Branche z le radiateur au sect eur.

Mettr e le commutateur No 8 fig ure 1 sur la position :

5. MISE HORS CIRCUIT

Pour désac tiver l’appareil, met tre le commutateur No 8 f igure 1 sur la positio n ”0”.

6. RÉGLAGE DE LA TEMPÉRATURE

Après avoir br anché l’appareil au sec teur, régler le thermos tat No 9 figure 1 sur la
positio n désirée et mett re le commutateur No 8 f igure 1 sur le niveau de puiss ance de
chauf fage désiré. Lors que la pièce où est ins tallé le radiateur aura at teint la tempéra­ture souhai tée, l’appareil s’éteindra au tomatiquement (« clic ») .Le thermo stat va
maintenant activer et désactiver automatiquement l’appareil pour maintenir une

températu re constante dans la piè ce.

7. STOCKAGE HORS SAISON

Si l’appareil n’est pa s utilisé pendant une lo ngue période, net toyez-le avant de le
ranger : par e xemple en souff lant de l’air comprimé pou r nettoyer les par ties internes .
Le radiateur d oit être rangé dans un en droit sec et propre. Ava nt de le remettre en
service c ontrôlez l’état du câble d ’alimentation. En cas de d oute sur son intégri té,
contact ez le vendeur ou le ser vice après-vente.
