Chapter 1: Safety precautions
Danger
There is high voltage in the processor, to prevent any unexpected
hazard, unless you are maintenance, please do not open the cover
of the device.
Warning
1. This device shall not encounter water sprinkle or splash,
please do not place anything containing water on this device.
2. To prevent fire, keep this device far from any fire source.
3. If this device gives out any strange noise, smoke or smell,
please immediately unplug the power cord from receptacle, and
contact local dealer.
4. Signal cables are not hot swappable.
Caution
1. Please thoroughly read this manual before using this device,
and keep it well for future reference.
2. In the event of lighting or when you are not going to use the
device for a long time, please pull the power plug out of
receptacle.
3. To prevent equipment damage or electric shock, please don’t
fill in anything in the vent of the device.
4. Do not place the device near any water source or anywhere damp.
5. Do not place the device near any radiator or anywhere under
high temperature.
6. To prevent rupture or damage of power cords, please handle and
keep them properly.

7. Please immediately unplug power cord and have the device
repaired, when
1) Liquid splashes to the device.
2) The device is dropped down or cabinet is damaged.
3) Obvious malpractice is found or performance degrades.

Chapter 3 Product brief introduction
SC-12 is a high 3U sending card box, which including PCI
or PCI-E slot internally and is compatible with different kinds
of mainstream sending card. SC-12 owns high density of
installation which can be installed with 12 pieces of 2 port
access sending card or 6 pieces of 4 port sending card.
Therefore, SC-12 is perfectly suitable for large LED splice
equipment such as LVP86XX, VF2000 etc.

1. Take down upper cover
It requires to take down 10 pieces of
screws including upper cover, lower cover
and top side

2. Make sure the consistence between the label of tighten screw
This image shows the installation method of PCI slot sending card
bottom board, PCI slot towards the tapping of back board
3. Take down the baffle of back board, install sending card and

besides sending card bottom board and the PCI or PCI-E slot of
sending card waiting for installation. If it is not, then you need to
re-tighten sending card bottom board.
tighten it into back board via bolt. For example, if the sending
card is PCI-E slot, it also require to connect supply cable(5V).

PCI slot sending card can power supply via
PCI, or it requires to connect supply cable
(5V)
For PCI-E slot sending card, due to the
difference of PCI-E slot length, if it isn’t insert in
place, please power supply via 5V supply cable
