Please

prevent

fire, electric shock and

l.Please read the Operation
Manual before operating
M285D.
2.Do
not
operate
M285D outdoors.
3.Before starting
M285D, be sure to
install M285D
dust
bin filter
properly
in
case
of any
damage of M285D.
4.Do not operate M285D on
wet floor
or
in moisture conditions, e.g.
bathroom.
Water
and
moisture could damage the circuit board
in M285D.

M285D
remove
any
loose articles on
the floor such as clothes,
paper,
loose cables, and extension
cords as well as
making
sure
to lift curtains and drapes
off the floor to avoid any
possible
accidents. In case of
a loose cable is tangled
with
M285D,
the cable might move around
with M285D as M285D works and
topple down the
table, chairs, or cabinet and cause
property
damage.
6.Never
stand or sit on M285D.
Beware
of children
or
pets
while M285D is in operation.
T.Never use M285D to clean up sparking
cigarette butts or burning
ashes from fireplace.
8.Never use
M285D to
clean
up combustible or
highly volatile liquids such
as
gasoline.
9.While
M285D is in operation,
make sure all doors
leading outside are closed.
10.During operation, the heat
vent should avoid being clogged.
lf heat vent clogged, M285D
could be damaged.
11.|f M285D is malfunctioned or
damaged by force, do
not
operate
M285D regardless
the
cause.

12.Turn off
the
power
and
remove the battery
from M285D if the unit will
not in use for a long
period

time.

power
switch of M285D is turned
off.
2. Press the
two
points
(A
marks in the
below diagram) and slide the
battery cover
in
the direction the
arrow

the compartment following the

battery and inside
the compartment, and
close the battery cover.

down stairs. lf the distance
between the stair and the

Preparation for Operation To ensure the best
efficiency of M285D,
you
have
to remove
any
loose articles
on the
floor such as
clothes,
paper,
loose cables and
extension cords
as well as
to make sure
rolling
up curtains
and drapes
off the
floor to avoid any
possible
accidents.
In case of
a loose cable
is
tangled
with M285D, the
cable
might
move
around
with M285D
as it
works and topple down
the
table, chairs,
or cabinet
and cause
property
damage.
Start Operation
1. Be sure to clean up
the dust bin.
2. Place the cleaner on
place
with
more free space
in the
room.
3.
When M285D
is working, two LED
indicators below
"
H
" and
"
0
"
will flash one
after
the other.
4. When
the
cleaner
runs out of
power,
the
"BATTERY
LOW" LED
lamp on
the unit
will be red and
the
cleaner
will automatically
stop.
And M285D
will
emit
abuzz
of warning
indicating
that the
battery
needs immediate
recharging. The buzzer
will sound every
minute
until
power
is exhausting.
5.
When the cleaner
is not
used
or
prior
to recharge,
make sure
the
power
switch of
M285D is in
the
"OFF"
position.
6.
When the dust bin
is full, the
"DUST BIN FULL"
LED indicator below
the " W "
will
light on in
RED.(Please
refer to the diagram
.LED
INDICATOR"
in
page
6.)

Remove the dusting
paper
holder and side
brushes before
using on
the carpet.

Basic Operation
1. Operation
without connecting to
the docking station:
Place the cleaner
on the floor
and turn on the
power
switch.
2.
Operation
via the docking
station:
Turn on
the
power
switch and
connect the unit
with the docking
station
A. While the unit connects
with docking
station,
press
"Full
Go"
button on
the docking station
(Full
Go light on).
When M285D detects
the battery
is fully charged,
it will
leave docking station
with
Full
Go
light off and begin
to work.
Press again to cancel.
B. Press the
"24H"
button
(24H
light on) to set the starting
time
for the unit.
The time user
presses
the
"24H"
button is the daily
starting time of
the unit.
Press again
to cancel.
C. Pressing
"Go"
button on the
docking station,
the unit
leaves docking
station and starts
to work
right away.
3.
When battery
low, the
unit
is
programmed
to find the
docking station
automatically
for recharge.
lf the unit
fails to return the docking
station, user
can
put
it back to the docking
station
manually.
To install:
Put
the brushes
directly onto
the holder and
spread
the brush
hair evenly,
then
press
on the
cap to
fix it.(Fig 1)
To remove:
Hold the brush
hair and
pull
upward
to remove
the brush.(Fig

Installing Dusting Paper
1. Remove
the dusting
paper
holder following the instruction shown in Fig. 3.
2.
Flat
the dusting
paper
and
put
it one floor or table. Then
place
the
holder
(the
side with
4 stoppers face up) on the
paper
at the midpoint as shown
in Fig. 4.
3. Remove 4 stoppers from the
holder, fold
the
hem
of dusting
paper
on two sides back
to
the holder, and
place
back 4 stoppers on top of the
paper
then
press
firmly to fix the
paper
onto holder
(Fig.
5).
4. Then
place
the dusting
paper
holder
to the bottom of unit by aiming
one bolt of
holder
at
the
hole
(near
the big wheel) on cleaner, click the holder on the cleaner,
and then do
it
again
for
the other side.

NOTE:
1. Do not use mopping function on
the
carpet.
At the same time
you
should
remove the
side brushes to
prevent
it from damaging the brushes.
2. lf
you
don't
need
to use
mopping function,
please
remove the dusting
paper
holder
from
the cleaner
(follow
the instructions shown in Fig. 3) before
you
turn it on
for
cleaning.

Maintenance
Method
The
operation and maintenance
of the M285D is very simple. After each use, clean
any dirt left
behind on the dust
bin and
filter
and whenever the intake is stuffed.
Cleaning Dust
Bin
1.
Grap the cover at
"A"
to remove
the big cover from the cleaner.
2. Take
out the dust
bin from the cleaner.
3. Open the upper cover of the dust bin.
4. Lift up and take out the filter.
5. Clear out the dust and
dirt
from the
dust bin.
6. Rinse the dust bin with tap water. lt is not necessary to
wash
every time.
Please do not
put
it into the washing machine to do the cleaning.
7. Periodically
clean the filter with a soft bristle brush.
8. When it
is dry, reinstall
the

Cleaning Intake After repeated use, dirt and dust might
clog
around the intake of the
M285D
and
the
working
efficiency can be
reduced. To
ensure
the
best
efficiency and constant
airflow,
the intake
should be cleaned
periodically.

Side
Brushes
1 . After
being used
for
a
period
of time, the brushes
need to
be
replaced for working
more effectively.
2. Turn off the
power, place
bottom of the cleaner upward on a
flat
surface.
Hold the
brush hair and
pull
upward
to remove the brush
(see
diagram below).
3. The side brushes can be rinsed and if they become crooked,
you
can soak them
in hot water to make them return to
original shape.
lnstall the brushes back after
cleaning.
