· Leggere attentamente il presente manuale prima di installare, avviare e

usare la macchina. L’inosservanza di questa istruzione può causare danni all’attrezzatura, scarse prestazioni della macchina, rischi per la salute o danni personali.

· Il presente manuale è da considerarsi parte integrante della macchina e deve

essere sempre a disposizione dell’utilizzatore e/o manutentore. In caso di smarrimento o di richiesta di ulteriori informazioni, contattare il rivenditore di zona o il costruttore. Il manuale rispecchia lo stato della tecnica al momento attuale e non può essere considerato inadeguato per eventuali successivi aggiornamenti: il costruttore si riserva il diritto di modificare il manuale senza l’obbligo di aggiornare le edizioni precedenti, salvo casi eccezionali.

· L’apparecchio può essere utilizzato da bambini di età non inferiore a 14

anni e da persone con ridotte capacità fisiche, sensoriali o mentali, o prive di esperienza o della necessaria conoscenza, purché sotto sorveglianza oppure dopo che le stesse abbiano ricevuto istruzioni relative all’uso sicuro dell’apparecchio e alla comprensione dei pericoli ad esso inerenti. I bambini non devono giocare con l’apparecchio. La pulizia e la manutenzione destinata ad essere effettuata dall’utilizzatore non deve essere effettuata da bambini senza sorveglianza.

È VIETATO:

· Far funzionare la macchina senza rispettare le regole di sicurezza in vigore

nel paese d’installazione;

· far funzionare la macchina in assenza di collegamento di messa a terra.

L’inosservanza di questa istruzione può dare luogo a scosse elettriche;

· sostituire o rimuovere gli adesivi di sicurezza e la targa dati affissi direttamente

sulla macchina e sull’imballo, per un’installazione ed un utilizzo corretti e sicuri;

· toccare gruppi o beccucci durante il funzionamento della macchina. Le lance

devono essere maneggiate soltanto tramite apposite impugnature. Le bevande erogate e alcune parti della macchina sono calde e possono causare ustioni;

· rimuovere o manomettere alcun elemento della macchina e NON effettuare

modifiche arbitrarie. Contattare il tecnico autorizzato e specializzato di zona;

· tirare il cavo di alimentazione elettrica per disinserire la spina;

· lasciare che la macchina venga usata da bambini o personale inadatto;

· esporre la macchina agli agenti atmosferici (sole, pioggia ecc...);

· lasciare la macchina in luoghi dove la temperatura ambiente sia uguale o

inferiore a 0°C, in quanto il residuo d’acqua nella caldaia potrebbe ghiacciare e provocare danni;

· installare la macchina in luoghi dove vengono usati getti d’acqua che

potrebbero raggiungere la macchina;

· far funzionare la macchina se ogni sportello o pannello non è chiuso

correttamente;

· inserire cucchiai, forchette o altri utensili nelle parti interne della macchina;

· far funzionare la macchina in assenza d’acqua;

· riempire il serbatoio con acqua calda o bollente;

· ostruire aperture di areazione: lasciare almeno 10 cm. di spazio tra la

macchina ed eventuali pareti ed almeno 5 cm su entrambi i lati, per permettere una corretta ventilazione.

PER UN CORRETTO FUNZIONAMENTO USARE:

· solo caffè macinato.

· Solo acqua fresca di rete opportunamente addolcita (~7 gradi francesi).

· Solo ricambi originali Vibiemme S.r.l. Il non rispettare queste indicazioni esclude le possibilità di beneficio della garanzia e declina il costruttore o il tecnico manutentore da ogni responsabilità.

VIBIEMME S.R.L. DECLINA OGNI RESPONSABILITÀ NEI SEGUENTI CASI:

· Se la macchina viene usata in modi differenti rispetto a quelli descritti nel

presente manuale;

· se non vengono rispettate le prescrizioni di sicurezza e di manutenzione;

· se non vengono utilizzati parti di ricambio originali Vibiemme;

· se L’INSTALLATORE, o il TECNICO MANUTENTORE, non è autorizzato e

specializzato.

· L’INSTALLATORE o il TECNICO MANUTENTORE devono informare il costruttore di POSSIBILI MALFUNZIONAMENTI o usi impropri che potrebbero intaccare la sicurezza originale del sistema.

· CONTROLLARE le condizioni dei componenti e, se difettosi, fermare l’installazione e chiedere la loro sostituzione.

· Se la macchina dovesse rimanere inutilizzata a lungo è necessario scollegare l’alimentazione elettrica e idrica se collegata.

USO PREVISTO.

La macchina per caffè è stata realizzata e progettata unicamente per l’erogazione di caffè

espresso e per la preparazione di bevande calde (The, cappuccino, ecc.....) tramite acqua calda

o erogazione di vapore. Solo per questo utilizzo deve essere impiegata, qualsiasi altro utilizzo è da considerarsi improprio e quindi pericoloso.

USO SCORRETTO.

La macchina per caffè è stata realizzata e progettata per un uso esclusivamente alimentare e quindi è vietato:

· introdurre liquidi diversi da acqua;

· riscaldare bevande o altre sostanze non alimentari;

· introdurre, nei portafiltri, macinato diverso da caffè;

· posizionare sul poggiatazze altri oggetti diversi da tazze e tazzine;

· appoggiare contenitori con liquidi sul poggiatazze;

· ostruire le griglie di areazione con panni o altro;

· coprire il poggiatazze con panni;

· toccare con le mani le zone di erogazione;

· utilizzare la macchina se risulta fortemente bagnata.

IMPORTANTE IN QUESTO PARAGRAFO ABBIAMO ELENCATO ALCUNE SITUAZIONI DI USO SCORRETTO RAGIONEVOLMENTE PREVEDIBILI, COMUNQUE L’UTILIZZO DELLA MACCHINA DEVE RISPETTARE LE INDICAZIONI RIPORTATE NEL PARAGRAFO “USO PREVISTO”.

CARATTERISTICHE.

2.1,

DESCRIZIONE MACCHINA.

Di seguito vengono elencate le principali caratteristiche della macchina per caffè espresso manuale ad erogazione controllata da leva.

· Caldaia in rame a invaso da 0,5 l. per l’erogazione di caffè.

· Caldaia in rame da 0,7 l. per la produzione di acqua calda e vapore.

· Carico caldaia servizi tramite pompa a vibrazione.

· Termostato pretarato per il controllo della corretta pressione presente in caldaia caffè.

· Pressostato pretarato per il controllo della corretta pressione nella caldaia servizi.

· L’elemento riscaldante è costituito da una resistenza elettrica immersa nell’acqua della

caldaia; essa permette il riscaldamento dell’acqua e della produzione di vapore.

· Gruppo erogatore in ottone cromato.

· Pompa a vibrazione.

· Lancia acqua/lancia vapore in rame cromato con manopola ergonomica.

· Serbatoio per l’acqua in plastica alimentare avente una capacità di 2.5 lt.

· Controllo livello acqua del serbatoio tramite sensore.

SICUREZZE.

· Pannelli di protezione delle parti interne fissati con viti.

· Sensore di livello acqua del serbatoio.

Quando l’acqua raggiunge il livello minimo, (1,5 cm dal fondo) automaticamente tutte le funzioni della macchina sono disabilitate; rimangono illuminate la lampada di linea indicando “tensione inserita” e la lampada “mancanza acqua nel serbatoio”. Spegnere la macchina posizionando su “OFF” l’interruttore generale e riempire il serbatoio di acqua come indicato nel relativo paragrafo.

TERMOSTATO DI SICUREZZA

· Si inserisce quando la temperatura in caldaia raggiunge i 150°C togliendo tensione alla

resistenza in modo da evitarne la bruciatura.

DISIMBALLO E POSIZIONAMENTO.

3.1,

DISIMBALLO DELLA MACCHINA.

· Controllare sempre l’integrità dell’imballo: informare il

trasportatore di eventuali danni.

· Tagliare le regge (1) e aprire la parte superiore (2)

dell’imballo.

· Estrarre gli accessori: dotazioni e documentazione

tecnica (manuali).

Aprire il cellophane e sollevare la macchina TENENDOLA

DALLA BASE.

· Gli elementi dell’imballo (cartone, cellophane, graffette di

metallo ecc.) possono tagliare o ferire se non vengono maneggiati attentamente o se usati erroneamente; tenere lontano dalla porta dei bambini o persone inadatte.

3.2,

DOTAZIONE.

3.3,

POSIZIONAMENTO DELLA MACCHINA.

Posizionare la macchina nella sua locazione definitiva, verificando che:

· il mobile di supporto sia sufficientemente resistente e stabile, tenuto conto del peso della

macchina, e che non sia inclinato;

· vi siano almeno 10 cm. tra la parete posteriore e le pareti laterali della macchina ed eventuali

altre pareti, per permettere una corretta ventilazione;

· il piano superiore della macchina (poggiatazze) non deve superare i 150 cm dal pavimento.

COLLEGAMENTI.

5.1,

ALLACCIAMENTO IDRICO.

Questo modello non necessita di allacciamento alla rete idrica, l’acqua per l’erogazione del caffè, opportunamente addolcita, viene prelevata dal serbatoio posteriore.

5.2,

ALLACCIAMENTO ELETTRICO.

La macchina viene collegata alla rete elettrica mediante il cavo elettrico di equipaggiamento, dotato di spina.

Controllare che tutti gli interruttori siano in posizione “OFF”.

· È assolutamente obbligatorio il collegamento di messa a terra, nonché la corrispondenza

dell’impianto con le normative vigenti nel paese di installazione.

· Controllare la tensione d’alimentazione (vedi targa segnaletica); deve coincidere con quella

della rete elettrica locale.

· È vietato utilizzare prolunghe e cavi volanti; la sede di lavoro è inevitabilmente esposta

all’acqua ed all’umidità che compromettono le condizioni d’isolamento dell’impianto.

· Se il cavo di alimentazione è danneggiato, deve essere sostituito, con uno avente le

stesse caratteristiche, esclusivamente dall’installatore/manutentore autorizzato e specializzato. L’inosservanza di questa istruzione può causare danni alla macchina e dare luogo a scosse elettriche.

DESCRIZIONE PULSANTI E SPIE.

INTERRUTTORE GENERALE ON/OFF (1):

· La macchina è equipaggiata di un interruttore di potenza a

due posizioni:

Posizione OFF: nessuna alimentazione a componenti

interni (Lampada verde (2) spenta).

Posizione ON: alimentazione componenti elettrici di

funzionamento (Lampada verde (2) illuminata).

LAMPADA VERDE DI LINEA (2):

· Si illumina, indicando linea inserita, quando l’interruttore

generale è in posizione di “ON”.

LAMPADA ROSSA RESISTENZA (3):

· Il suo funzionamento è abilitato dall’interruttore (1) in

posizione di “ON”.

Si illumina quando la resistenza per il riscaldamento

dell’acqua boiler caffè è in funzione.

LAMPADA ROSSA MANCANZA ACQUA IN VASCA (4):

· Si illumina quando il livello dell’acqua nel serbatoio ha

raggiunto il livello minimo.

Il suo inserimento blocca il funzionamento della macchina

spegnendo le resistenze.

INTERRUTTORE VAPORE/ACQUA CALDA (5):

· Questo interruttore permette la produzione vapore e

acqua calda tramite l’apposita caldaietta.

Il suo funzionamento è abilitato dall’interruttore (1) in

posizione “ON”.

Posizione “OFF”: resistenza boiler vapore/acqua calda

spenta.

Posizione “ON”: resistenza boiler vapore/acqua calda

alimentata.

FUNZIONAMENTO.

7.1,

CARICO ACQUA.

· Sollevare il ripiano poggiatazze (1) e riempire il serbatoio

(2) con acqua fredda addolcita (2,5 litri) (o acqua minerale naturale).

· Riposizionare il ripiano poggiatazze.

La mancanza di acqua nel serbatoio

(raggiungimento del livello minimo) inibisce il funzionamento della resistenza e l’erogazione dell’acqua per il caffè.

7.2,

PRIMO AVVIAMENTO.

· Caricare l’acqua come indicato nel paragrafo “Carico

acqua”.

· Posizionare l’interruttore di linea (1) su “ON”, si illumina

la lampada di linea (2).

· Sollevare la leva (4) e mantenerla sollevata fino a che dal

gruppo (5) non fuoriesce acqua, ciò indica che la caldaia a invaso è piena d’acqua, quindi abbassare la leva (4).

· Portare l’interruttore (6) su “ON”, si avvia automaticamente

la pompa per il carico automatico della caldaia vapore. Attendere l’interruzione automatica del riempimento. Se durante il riempimento si avverte il suono di un cicalino, portare l’interruttore (6) su “OFF” e poi di nuovo su “ON” ed attendere il riempimento completo del boiler vapore.

· Spegnere la macchina posizionando su “OFF” l’interruttore

generale (1).

7.3,

AVVIAMENTO.

· Posizionare l’interruttore di linea (1) su “ON”, si illumina

la lampada di linea (2) e si inserisce il riscaldamento dell’acqua del boiler caffè, indicato dall’illuminazione della lampada (3).

· Attendere il raggiungimento della temperatura dell’acqua

in caldaia indicato dallo spegnimento della lampada (3) a questo punto la macchina è pronta per essere utilizzata.

· Posizionare l’interruttore (4) su ON per avviare il

riscaldamento dell’acqua nella caldaia vapore, attendere che la pressione del vapore raggiunga il valore di 1-1,2 bar prima di utilizzare sia la lancia del vapore che la lancia dell’acqua calda.

7.4,

PREPARAZIONE CAFFÈ.

· Con portafiltro montato sollevare la levetta (1) ed

effettuare un’erogazione a vuoto in modo da portare in temperatura il gruppo (2), quindi abbassare la levetta (1).

· Togliere il portafiltro (3) dal gruppo (2) ruotandolo nel

senso indicato dalla freccia “R”.

· Gettare gli eventuali fondi presenti.

· Riempire il portafiltro con la dose di caffè (una dose per

caffè singolo, due dosi per due caffè).

Pulire il bordo del portafiltro per eliminare le tracce di caffè e farsì che vi sia perfetta tenuta tra il portafiltro e il gruppo.

· Montare il portafiltro (3) sul gruppo (2) sollevandolo

in modo da inserire le linguette nell’apposita sede del gruppo (2) quindi ruotare il portafiltro (3) fino a finecorsa nel senso indicato dalla freccia “C”.

· Posizionare una o due tazze calde sotto il portafiltro a

seconda del tipo di portafiltro utilizzato.

Sollevare la levetta (1) per erogare il caffè, raggiunta la quantità desiderata abbassare la levetta (1) per fermare l’erogazione.

· Si consiglia di rimuovere il portafiltro dalla macchina effettuare un’erogazione a vuoto per

pulire la doccetta e quindi di rimontare il portafiltro.

NOTA: Effettuare subito l’erogazione del caffè una volta inserito il portafiltro

nel gruppo; lasciare il caffè nel portafiltro senza effettuare subito l’erogazione provoca la bruciatura della polvere di caffè e il caffè erogato risulta amaro.

ATTENZIONE: Fare attenzione a non toccare il gruppo (2) pericolo di scottatura.

7.5,

EROGAZIONE ACQUA CALDA.

· Controllare che la pressione all’interno della caldaia

vapore sia di 1,2 bar (0,12 Mpa) indicato sul manometro (2).

· Estrarre la lancia (3) dalla macchina.

ATTENZIONE: La lancia (3) è molto calda.

Spostare la lancia solo tramite l’apposita

protezione in gomma; Pericolo di scottatura.

· Posizionare una tazza sotto la lancia (3).

· Aprire il rubinetto ruotando lentamente l’apposita manopola

(4) in senso antiorario.

· Una volta raggiunta la quantità desiderata chiudere il

rubinetto (4).

7.6,

EROGAZIONE VAPORE.

· Controllare che la pressione all’interno della caldaia

vapore sia di 1,2 bar (0,12 Mpa) indicato sul manometro (1).

· Ruotare la lancia vapore (2) verso la bacinella quindi

effettuare una breve erogazione a vuoto di vapore ruotando lentamente il rubinetto (3) in senso antiorario in modo da eliminare gli eventuali residui di acqua presenti all’interno del circuito.

ATTENZIONE: La lancia (2) è molto calda.

Spostare la lancia solo tramite l’apposita

protezione in gomma; Pericolo di scottatura.

· Estrarre la lancia vapore (2) verso l’esterno quindi porre

una tazza o un bricco pieno di liquido da riscaldare sotto la lancia (2).

· Immergere completamente il beccuccio della lancia

vapore nel liquido ed aprire lentamente il rubinetto (3) ruotandolo in senso antiorario.

PULIZIA.

Le operazioni di pulizia devono essere effettuate con macchina spenta

e fredda e con l’interruttore generale disinserito in posizione “OFF” e il cavo di alimentazione elettrica scollegato dalla presa, posizionando la spina in modo visibile.

AVVERTENZA: Una manutenzione e una pulizia improprie, con l’uso di acqua

non addolcita, o danni alle parti interne possono causare eventuali interruzioni improvvise del flusso d’acqua ed inattesi getti di liquido o di vapore, con conseguenze gravi. Prestare attenzione durante la pulizia e l’utilizzo della macchina!

8.1,

AVVERTENZE GENERALI DI PULIZIA.

· E’ vietato:

· usare getti d’acqua per la pulizia della macchina;

· usare detergenti contenenti alcool, ammoniaca o spugne abrasive per la pulizia della

macchina, USARE solo detergenti specifici per la pulizia di macchine per caffè o stoviglie.

· I detergenti chimici utilizzati per la pulizia della macchina e/o dell’impianto vanno usati

con cura per non deteriorare i componenti e l’ambiente (degradabilità superiore al 90%).

· Pulire completamente tutte le parti e i componenti della macchina.

· Pulire costantemente il macinadosatore e controllare l’usura delle macine.

PULIZIA GIORNALIERA.

PULIZIA LANCE

· Pulire accuratamente la lancia (1) e (7) a fine giornata (ed

anche immediatamente dopo ogni uso come descritto nei paragrafi “erogazione acqua” ed “erogazione vapore”) onde evitare il formarsi di batteri o incrostazioni che possono otturare i fori del diffusore ed evitare inoltre che bevande di diversa natura riscaldate in precedenza possano alterare il sapore delle bevande in riscaldamento.

PULIZIA GRUPPO EROGATORE

· Pulire doccetta (2), guarnizione sottocoppa (3), e guida

portafiltro del gruppo erogatore (4) con un panno/ spugna e apposito spazzolino.

· Sciacquare filtri e portafiltri in acqua calda con l’aggiunta

di detergente specifico, per sciogliere i depositi grassi del caffè.

PULIZIA BACINELLA E GRIGLIA POGGIATAZZE

· Togliere la griglia (5) di appoggio delle tazze, sfilare la

bacinella (6) di raccolta dell’acqua di scarico e provvedere alla sua pulizia con acqua corrente.

ALLA FINE DI OGNI SESSIONE DI USO

· Rimuovere il filtro dal portafiltro e montare il filtro cieco

(8) in dotazione.

· Versare nel filtro cieco (8) detergente specifico per

macchine da caffè (per le quantità vedi istruzioni del produttore).

· Avviare la macchina come descritto nei relativi paragrafi.

· Montare il portafiltro con il filtro cieco sul gruppo.

· Sollevare la levetta (9) e mantenerla sollevata fino a che

sul manometro (10) si raggiunge i 12 bar di pressione quindi abbassarla; effettuare 4/5 volte questa operazione di finta erogazione.

· Rimuovere il portafiltro dalla macchina e svuotare il

prodotto.

· Rimontare il portafiltro con il filtro cieco in macchina e

ripertere per 4/5 volte le finte erogazioni come descritto in precedenza.

· Rimuovere il portafiltro dalla macchina e togliere il filtro

cieco.

· Sollevare la levetta (9) ed effettuare un’erogazione di

acqua dal gruppo pulendo la doccetta con lo spazzolino in dotazione.

ATTENZIONE: Durante l’erogazione dell’acqua

e la pulizia della doccetta fare molta attenzione pericolo di scottatura.

PULIZIA CARROZZERIA

· Usare un panno umido non abrasivo su tutte le superfici.

Non usare prodotti contenenti alcool o ammoniaca che potrebbero danneggiare i componenti della macchina.

CONTROLLI E SOSTITUZIONI.

SOSTITUZIONE DOCCETTA

Almeno ogni mese è necessario sostituire la doccetta (1) per la sostituzione agire come segue:

· Con un cacciavite fare leva sulla doccetta (1) e rimuoverla

dal gruppo (2) con la relativa guarnizione.

· Sostituire la doccetta (1) e la guarnizione (3).

· Rimontare la guarnizione sulla doccetta facendo

attenzione che la parte smussata “A” della guarnizione sia posizionata verso l’alto.

· Posizionare la doccetta sul portafiltro.

· Montare il portafiltro (3) sul gruppo (2) prima sull’aletta

sinistra ruotandolo fino a finecorsa, poi sull’aletta destra.

· Montare il portafiltro in macchina come se si stessa

facendo il caffè e portarlo a finecorsa per bloccare in posizione la doccetta con la relativa guarnizione.

Una volta al mese controllare lo stato del filtro acqua (1) posizionato all’interno del serbatoio; se intasato, sostituirlo.

La pressione del circuito idraulico deve essere abbassata completamente, il cavo di alimentazione deve essere scollegato e le sostanze potenzialmente dannose per l’ambiente devono essere smaltite legalmente e correttamente.

• Conservare la macchina fuori dalla portata di bambini o persone non responsabili.

INTENDED USE.

The coffee machine has been created and designed solely for dispensing espresso coffee and

for the preparation of hot drinks (The, cappuccino, etc .....) by means of hot water or steam

supply. Only for this application it is to be used, any other use is considered improper and therefore dangerous.

IMPROPER USE.

The coffee machine was built and designed for a food use only and so it is forbidden to:

· introduce liquids other than water;

· heat drinks or other non-food substances;

· introduce, in the filter holder, other than ground coffee;

· place on the holding surface other objects other than cups and mugs;

· place containers with liquids on the holding surface;

· block the air vents with cloth or other materials;

· cover the holding surface with a cloth;

When the water reaches the minimum level, (1.5 cm from the bottom) automatically all machine functions are disabled; remain lit the lamp of the line indicating “voltage ON” and the lamp “no water in the tank”. This model does not require connection to the water supply, the water for brewing coffee, suitably softened, it is taken from the rear tank.

positions:

water through the proper boiler.

Its operation is enabled by the switch (1) to “ON”. Position “OFF”: resistance of the steam / hot water boiler

OPERATION.

7.1,

WATER SUPPLY.

· Lift the cup shelf (1) and fill the tank (2) with cold softened

water (2.5 liters) (or natural mineral water).

· Replace the shelf holding surface.

The lack of water in the tank (the minimum

level) inhibits the functioning of the resistance and the water supply to the coffee.

FIRST START.

· Load water as described in paragraph “Water load”.

· Place the mains switch (1) to “ON”, the lamp line (2) will

light on.

· Raise the lever (4) and hold it up until no water comes out of the group (5), it indicates that the boiler reservoir is full of water, then lower the lever (4).

· Turn the switch (6) to “ON”, it automatically starts the pump for the automatic filling of the steam boiler. Wait for the automatic interruption of the filling. If, during filling, you hear the sound of a buzzer, set the switch (6) to “OFF” and then back to “ON” and wait for the complete filling of the steam boiler.

· Turn off the machine by placing on “OFF” the main switch (1).

STA R T.

· Place the mains switch (1) to “ON”, the line lamp l(2) will

light and starts the water heating in the coffee boiler, indicated by the lighting of the lamp (3).

· Wait until the boiler reaches the water temperature

indicated by the turning off of the lamp (3) at this point the machine is ready for use.

· Set the switch (4) to ON to start heating the water in the

steam boiler, wait for the steam pressure to reach the value of 1-1.2 bar before using both the steam nozzle of the spear for hot water.

7.4,

PREPARING COFFEE.

· With filter holder mounted lift the lever (1) and make a dispensing so as to bring the temperature in the group (2), and then lower the lever (1).

· Remove the filter holder (3) from the group (2) by turning it as indicated by the arrow “R”.

· Discard any funds present.

· Fill the filter with the dose of coffee (one coffee a single

dose, two doses for two cups of coffee).

· Clean the edge of the filter to eliminate traces of coffee and be sure there is perfect seal between the filter and the group.

Fit the filter holder (3) on the group (2) lifting it so as to insert the tabs into the seat of the group (2) and turn the filter holder (3) to switch in the direction of the arrow “C”.

· Place one or two hot cups under the filter holder according to the type of filter holder used.

· Lift the lever (1) to deliver coffee, the desired amount reached lower the lever (1) to stop dispensing.

· It is recommended to remove the filter holder from the machine to perform a short dispensing to clean the shower and then reassembling the filter holder.

NOTE: Immediately make coffee dispensing once the filter holder IS in the

group; leaving the coffee in the filter holder without making an immediate dispensing will result in burnout of the coffee powder and the brewed coffee is bitter.

HOT WATER SUPPLY.

· Check that the pressure inside the steam boiler is 1.2 bar

(0.12 MPa) indicated on the pressure gauge (2).

· Remove the lance (3) from the machine.

ATTENTION: The lance (3) is very hot.

Move the lance only with proper rubber

protection; Danger of scalding.

· Place a cup under the lance (3).

· Open the tap slowly turning the knob (4) counterclockwise.

· Once you reach the desired amount, close the tap (4).

STEAM DISPENSING.

· Check that the pressure inside the steam boiler is 1.2 bar (0.12 MPa) indicated on the pressure gauge (1).

· Turn the steam lance (2) to the bowl and then make a short supply dispense of steam by slowly turning the knob (3) counterclockwise to remove any residual water present in the circuit.

ATTENTION: The lance (2) is very hot.

Move the lance only with proper rubber

protection; Danger of scalding.

· Remove the steam lance (2) to the outside then put a cup

or a pot full of liquid to be heated under the lance (2).

· Fully immerse the nozzle of the steam lance into the liquid and slowly open the valve (3) by turning it counterclockwise.

· Once reached the desired temperature close the tap (3).

· Turn the steam lance (2) to the bowl and then make a

short dispensing to clean the inside of the jet and clean the nozzle (2) with a damp cloth to prevent the fouling difficult to remove.

CLEANING.

The cleaning must be carried out with the machine off and cold

and with the main switch off in “OFF” position and the power cord unplugged, positioning the plug visible.

WARNING: An improper maintenance and cleaning, with the use of untreated

water, or damage to the internal parts can cause sudden interruptions of water flow and unexpected jets of liquid or steam, with serious consequences. Be careful when cleaning and using the machine!

8.1,

GENERAL CLEANING INFORMATION.

· It is forbidden:

· use water jets for cleaning the machine;

· use cleaners containing alcohol, ammonia or scouring pads to clean the machine, USE

only specific detergents for cleaning coffee machines or tableware.

· Chemical cleaners used for cleaning of the machine and / or system should be used with

care not to damage the components and the environment (degradability of more than 90%).

· Clean all the parts and components of the machine.

· Regularly clean the grinder and check the wear of the grinders.

DAILY CLEANING.

CLEANING LANCES

· Thoroughly clean the nozzle (1) and (7) at the end of

the day (and immediately after every use as described in “water supply” and “steam dispensing”) in order to prevent the formation of bacteria or deposits that may block the holes in the speaker and prevent from that drinks of different nature previously heated can alter the flavor of the drinks in heating.

CLEANING DISPENSING UNIT

· Clean shower head (2), sub-cup seal (3), and guide

holder in the dispensing unit (4) with a cloth / sponge and cleaning brush.

· Rinse filters and filter holder in hot water with the addition of specific detergent, to dissolve the fatty deposits of coffee.

CLEANING TRAY AND GRILL FOR CUPS

· Remove the grille (5) for supporting the cups, pull out the

tray (6) for collecting the water discharge and arrange for its cleaning with running water.

AT THE END OF EACH SESSION OF USE

· Remove the filter from the filter holder and mount the

blind filter (8) provided.

· Pour into the blind filter (8) special detergent for coffee

machines (for quantities see manufacturer’s instructions).

· Start the machine as described in the relevant paragraphs.

· Fit the filter holder with the blind filter on the group.

· Raise the lever (9) and hold it up until the pressure gauge

(10) reaches 12 bar pressure and then lower; 4/5 times make this fake delivery.

· Remove the filter holder from the machine and empty the

product.

· Replace the filter holder with the blind filter in the machine

and repeat for 4/5 times the false dispense as described above.

· Remove the filter holder from the machine and remove

the blind filter.

· Lift the lever (9) and make a water supply from the group,

cleaning the shower head with the brush supplied.

ATTENTION: During the water supply and

cleaning the shower head, be very careful, danger of scalding.

CLEANING THE BODY

· Use a damp, non-abrasive clothon all surfaces. Do not

use products that contain alcohol or ammonia that could damage components of the machine.

CONTROLS AND REPLACEMENTS.

REPLACING SHOWER HEAD

At least every month you need to replace the shower head (1) for the replacement act as follows:

· Use a screwdriver to pry the shower head (1) and remove it from the group (2) with the gasket.

· Replace the shower head (1) and the gasket (3).

· Replace the seal on the shower, making sure that the

notch “A” seal is positioned upward.

· Place the shower head on the holder.

· Fit the filter holder (3) on the group (2) first on the left

flap switching it to the end, then on the right flap.

· Fit the filter holder into the machine, as if making coffee and bring it to switch to lock in place the hand shower with the gasket.

CONTROL OF WATER FILTER

Once a month, check the status of the water filter (1) located within the tank; if dirty, replace it.

COFFE TEMPERATURE CONTROL

GUIDE TO THE SOLUTION OF SOME PROBLEMS.

In case of malfunction, turn off the machine immediately, and remove the plug from the outlet. Call the Authorized Service Center.

C’EST INTERDIT:

· Faire fonctionner la machine sans respecter les règles de sécurité en vigueur

dans le pays d’installation;

· faire fonctionner la machine en l’absence de connexion de mise à la terre. Le

non respect de cette instruction peut entraîner un choc électrique;

· remplacer ou retirer les autocollants de sécurité et plaque signalétique

apposés directement sur la machine et sur l’emballage, pour l’installation et l’utilisation correcte et sûre;

· toucher des groupes ou des becs, pendant le fonctionnement de la machine.

Les buses doivent être manipulés uniquement par des moyens de poignées spéciales. Les boissons distribuées et certaines parties de la machine sont chauds et peuvent causer des brûlures;

SÉCURITÉ.

· Panneaux de protection des parties internes, fixés avec des vis.

· Capteur de niveau du réservoir d’eau.

Lorsque l’eau atteint le niveau minimum, (1,5 cm du fond) automatiquement toutes les fonctions de la machine sont désactivées; restent allumés la lampe de la ligne indiquant «tension ON» et la lampe “pas d’eau dans le réservoir”. Eteigner la machine, en plaçant sur «OFF» l’interrupteur principal, et remplir le réservoir d’eau, comme indiqué dans la section correspondante.

THERMOSTAT DE SÉCURITÉ

transporteur de tout dommage.

CONNECTIONS.

5.1,

ALIMENTATION EN EAU.

Ce modèle ne nécessite pas de raccordement à l’alimentation en eau, l’eau pour la préparation du café, de manière appropriée ramolli, est pris dans le réservoir arrière.

5.2,

CONNEXION ÉLECTRIQUE.

La machine est connectée au réseau électrique avec le cordon d’alimentation de l’équipement, avec prise.

Vérifiez que tous les interrupteurs sont en position «OFF».

· Il est absolument obligatoire la connexion de mise à la terre, et la correspondance du

système à la réglementation applicable dans le pays d’installation.

· Vérifiez l’alimentation électrique (voir plaque signalétique); il doit correspondre à l’alimentation

locale.

· Vous ne pouvez pas utiliser de rallonges et des câbles de démarrage; le lieu de travail est

inévitablement exposé à l’eau et l’humidité qui affectent les conditions de système d’isolation.

· Si le cordon d’alimentation est endommagé, il doit être remplacé par un autre ayant

les mêmes caractéristiques, que par l’installateur / mainteneur agréé et spécialisé. Le non respect de cette instruction peut entraîner des dommages à la machine et provoquer un choc électrique.

DESCRIPTION DES BOUTONS ET LUMIÈRES.

INTERRUPTEUR GÉNÉRAL ON/OFF (1):

· La machine est équipée d’un commutateur d’alimentation

à deux positions:

Position OFF: Pas d’alimentation aux composants

internes (Voyant vert (2) éteinte).

Position ON: Alimentation aux composants électriques

de fonctionnement (Voyant vert (2) allumé)..

VOYANT VERT DE LIGNE (2):

· S’allume indiquant ligne insérée, lorsque l’interrupteur

principal est en position «ON».

VOYANT ROUGE RÉSISTANCE (3):

· Son fonctionnement est activé à partir du commutateur

(1) en position «ON».

Elle est allumée, lorsque la résistance de chauffage de

l’eau dans la chaudière à café est en opération.

LUMIÈRE ROUGE - PAS D’EAU DANS LE RÉSERVOIR

(4):

· Elle est allumée, lorsque le niveau d’eau dans le réservoir

atteint le niveau minimum.

Son inclusion bloque le fonctionnement de la machine, en

éteignant les éléments de chauffage.

INTERRUPTEUR VAPEUR /EAU CHAUDE / (5):

· Ce commutateur permet la production de vapeur et

d’eau chaude dans la chaudière appropriée.

Son fonctionnement est activé par le commutateur (1)

sur “ON”.

Position “OFF”: résistance de la chaudière à vapeur / eau

chaude éteint

Position “ON”: résistance de la chaudière à vapeur / eau

chaude alimenté.

FONCTIONNEMENT.

7.1,

CHARGEMENT DE EAU.

· Soulever la surface plateau de maintien (1) et remplir le

réservoir (2) avec de l’eau froide adoucie (2,5 litres) (ou de l’eau minérale naturelle).

· Remplacer le plateau repose tasses.

L’absence d’eau dans le réservoir (niveau

minimum) inhibe le fonctionnement de la résistance et l’alimentation en eau de la café.

7.2,

PREMIÈRE MISE EN FONCTION.

· Chargez l’eau comme indiqué au paragraphe

“CHARGEMENT DE EAU”.

· Placez l’interrupteur d’alimentation (1) sur “ON”, s’allumera

la lampe de la ligne (2).

· Relevez le levier (4) et le maintenir jusqu’à que pas

d’eau sort du groupe (5), il indique que le réservoir de la chaudière est pleine d’eau, puis abaissez le levier (4).

· Mettre l’interrupteur (6) sur “ON”, il démarre

automatiquement la pompe pour la charge automatique de la chaudière à vapeur. En attente de l’interruption automatique de la remplissage. Si, lors du remplissage, vous entendez le son d’une sonnerie, réglez le commutateur (6) sur “OFF”, puis de nouveau sur “ON” et attendre le remplissage complet de la chaudière à vapeur.

· Eteignez la machine en plaçant sur «OFF» l’interrupteur

principal (1).

7.3,

MISE EN FONCTION.

· Placez l’interrupteur d’alimentation (1) sur “ON”, s’allumera

la lampe de la ligne (2) et on met le chauffage de l’eau de la chaudière du café, indiqué par l’allumage de la lampe (3).

· Attendre jusqu’à ce que la température est atteinte dans

la chaudière, indiqué en éteignant la lampe (3); à ce stade, la machine est prête à être utilisée.

· Placez le commutateur (4) sur ON pour commencer à

chauffer l’eau dans la chaudière à vapeur, attendez que la pression de vapeur atteint la valeur de 1-1,2 bar avant d’utiliser à la fois la buse vapeur ou la lance l’eau chaude.

7.4,

PRÉPARATION DE CAFE.

Avec porte-filtre monté, soulevez le levier (1) et de faire un vide de distribution, de manière à amener la température dans le groupe (2), puis abaissez le levier (1).

· Retirer le porte-filtre (3) dans le groupe (2) en tournant

comme indiqué par la flèche «R».

· Jeter tous les fonds présents.

· Remplir le filtre avec la dose de café (une dose pour un

seul café, deux doses pour deux cafés).

· Nettoyer le bord du filtre pour éliminer les traces de café,

et le faire, qu’il n’y a parfaite étanchéité entre le filtre et le groupe.

· Monter le porte-filtre (3) sur le groupe (2), le soulevant,

de façon à insérer les languettes dans le siège du groupe (2), puis tournez le porte-filtre (3) jusqu’à la fin de course, dans la direction indiquée par la flèche «C».

· Placer une ou deux tasses chaudes sous le porte-filtre

en fonction du type de support du filtre utilisé.

· Soulevez le levier (1) pour délivrer café, atteint la

quantité désirée, abaisser le levier (1) pour arrêter la distribution.

· Il est recommandé de retirer le porte-filtre de la machine, faire un distribution a vide pour

nettoyer l’entonnoir, puis remonter le porte-filtre.

NOTE: Faire immédiatement la préparation du café, une fois le porte-filtre est

dans le groupe; laisser le café dans le filtre, sans le faire immédiatement, se traduira par l’épuisement de café moulu et café est amer.

ATTENTION: Soyez prudent de ne pas toucher le groupe (2): risque de brûlure.

ALIMENTATION EN EAU CHAUDE.

· Vérifier que la pression à l’intérieur de la chaudière

à vapeur est de 1,2 bar (0,12 MPa) indiquée sur le manomètre de pression (2).

· Retirer la buse (3) de la machine.

ATTENTION: La buse (3) est très chaud.

Déplacez la buse seulement avec une

protection adéquate en caoutchouc; danger de brûlure.

· Placez une tasse sous la buse (3).

· Ouvrez le robinet, tourner lentement le bouton (4) dans le

sens antihoraire.

· Une fois que vous atteignez le montant désiré, fermer le

robinet (4).

7.6,

FOURNITURE DE VAPEUR.

· Vérifier que la pression à l’intérieur de la chaudière

à vapeur est de 1,2 bar (0,12 MPa) indiquée sur le manomètre (1).

· Tournez le buse vapeur (2) dans le bol, puis faire un cout

distribution de vapeur a vide en tournant lentement le bouton (3) dans le sens antihoraire, pour enlever toute eau résiduelle présente dans le circuit.

ATTENTION: La buse (2) est très chaud.

Déplacez la buse seulement avec une

protection adéquate en caoutchouc; danger de brûlure.

· Retirer le tuyau de vapeur (2) à l’extérieur, puis placez une

tasse ou un pot rempli de liquide à chauffer sous la buse.

· Immerger complètement la buse de le tuyau de vapeur

dans le liquide et ouvrir lentement la vanne (3) en tournant dans le sens antihoraire.

· Une fois la température souhaitée atteinte, fermer le

robinet (3).

· Tournez le tuyau de vapeur (2) dans le bol, puis faire

une courte fourniture de vapeur a vide pour nettoyer l’intérieur du jet, puis nettoyer la buse (2) avec un chiffon humide pour éviter l’encrassement difficile à enlever.

NETTOYAGE.

Le nettoyage doit être effectué avec la machine éteinte et froide

et avec l’interrupteur principal en position «OFF» et le cordon d’alimentation débranché, le positionnent la fiche de façon visible.

AVERTISSEMENT: Un entretien et un nettoyage inapproprié, avec l’utilisation de

l’eau non traitée, ou des dommages aux parties internes, peuvent provoquer des interruptions brusques de l’écoulement de l’eau et des jets inattendus de liquide ou de vapeur, avec des conséquences graves. Soyez prudent lors du nettoyage et de l’aide de la machine!!

8.1,

INFORMATIONS GÉNÉRALES DE NETTOYAGE.

· C’est interdit:

· utiliser des jets d’eau pour nettoyer la machine;

· utiliser de produits nettoyants contenant de l’alcool, de l’ammoniac ou de tampons à

récurer pour nettoyer la machine: UTILISER uniquement des détergents spécifiques pour le nettoyage des machines à café ou la vaisselle.

· Nettoyants chimiques utilisés pour le nettoyage de la machine et / ou le système doivent

être utilisés avec précaution pour ne pas endommager les composants et l’environnement (dégradabilité de plus de 90%).

· Nettoyez toutes les pièces et les composants de la machine.

· Nettoyez régulièrement le broyeur et vérifier l’usure des broyeurs.

NETTOYAGE QUOTIDIEN.

NETTOYAGE DE BUSE

· Nettoyer soigneusement la buse (1) et (7) à la fin de

la journée (et immédiatement après chaque utilisation, comme décrit dans «distribution d’eau» et «distribution de vapeur») afin de prévenir la formation de bactéries ou de l’encrassement, qui peut bloquer les trous dans le diffuseur et d’éviter que les boissons de nature différente, préalablement chauffé, peuvent altérer le goût des boissons dans le chauffage.

NETTOYAGE UNITÉ DE DISTRIBUTION

· Nettoyer le douche (2), le garniture sous-tasse (3), et le

support de guidage dans le distributeur de café (4) avec un chiffon / éponge et brosse de nettoyage.

· Rincez les filtres et les porte-filtre dans l’eau chaude

avec l’ajout de détergent spécifique, pour dissoudre les dépôts de gras de café.

NETTOYAGE DE LA CUVETTE ET GRILLE POUR LES TAS S E S

· Retirer le grille (5) pour soutenir les tasses, retirer la

cuvette (6) de collecte des eaux usées et fes nettoyer à l’eau courante.

A LA FIN DE CHAQUE SESSION D’UTILISATION

· Retirer le filtre du porte-filtre et monter le filtre aveugle

(8) fourni.

· Verser dans le filtre aveugle (8) détergent spécial pour

machines à café (pour des quantités voir les instructions du fabricant).

· Démarrer la machine comme décrit dans les paragraphes

pertinents.

· Monter le porte-filtre avec le filtre aveugle sur le groupe.

· Relevez le levier (9) et le maintenir jusqu’à ce que la

jauge de pression (10) atteint 12 bars de pression, ensuite l’abaisser; 4faire 4/5 fois cette décaissements faux.

· Retirer le porte-filtre de la machine et vider le produit.

· Remplacer le porte-filtre avec le filtre aveugle dans la

voiture et répéter 4-5 fois les faux décaissements, comme décrit ci-dessus.

· Retirer le porte-filtre de la machine et retirer le filtre

aveugle.

· Relevez le levier (9) et maintenez un décaissement en

eau à partir du groupe, en nettoyant la tête de douche avec la brosse fournie.

ATTENTION: Au cours de décaissement en

eau et le nettoyage de la douche être très prudent danger de brûlure.
