Getting started
Before you BeginCAUTION: The steamer and accessories get very hot during use, always allow them to cool down before handling, or changing to
handheld or reach wand mode. Always switch o and unplug the steamer when assembling. Always switch o the steamer beforeemptying the twin tank orchanging the cloths/accessories.

IMPORTANT: Please referto oor/surface manufacturer’s care recommendations before use and test the steamer on a hiddenarea to begin with. Test for colour fastness in a small hidden area of upholstery/fabric to check for colour removal before use.When using the steamer, basic safety precautions should always be observed. Don’t aim the steamer at people, animals, plants,and electrical components or wires. Nevertouch the steam jet or oorhead from a short distance (there is a risk of scalding).The steamer is equipped with a thermostat and a thermal cut-out. If for any reason the steamer overheats it will switch o.If this happens switch o and unplug the steamer, allow to cool for a least 2 to 4 hours and re-try.
Assembling the steamer
Push the steam reachwand down intothe oorhead untilit clicks into place.
Push the handhelddown onto the steamreach wand until it clicksinto place.
Fixing the wall bracket
The wall bracket can be xed againstthe wall by either adhesive strips or screw
The steamer is not free standing and must always bestood either in the wall bracket or safely and securelyagainst a wall or xed structure when not in use.
Getting started
Fixing the wall bracket with adhesive strip
Fully assemble the unit andposition it against the wallwhere it will be stored.
Stand the unit close andupright against the wall.
Remove theadhesive cover.
Firmly press the handheld and wallstorage clip to x the wall storage clipto the wall in the correct place.
Fixing the wall bracket with screws
Fully assemble the unitand position it againstthe wall where it willbe stored.
Attach the wallbracket to the handle.
Attach the wallbracket to the handle.
Using one of the supplied screws,screw the wall bracket to the wallusing the top screw hole.
Carefully removethe unit fromthe wall bracketand use the otherscrew to securethe wall bracketto the wall.

IMPORTANT: Always test on an inconspicuous area of ooring rst before using detergent. Don’t over ll the clean twin tanksor exceed the maximum amount required. Don’t use the steamer without water in the watertank. Filling the twin tank
Press the twin tankrelease button down,grip the twin tankand pull to remove.
Grip the twin tank and pullthe tab on the detergenttank cap to open.
Grip the twin tank andpull the tab on the watertank cap to open.
Fill the detergent tankup to the ll line withwater and top up withdetergent replace the capand push rmlyto close.
Fill the water tank withwater. Replace the capand push rmlyto close.
Before replacing the twintank make sure the hardwater lter is in place.
Line up the lip on the baseof twin tank with the mainbody. Push in a hinge likemannerto click into place.
IMPORTANT: If the twintank is not tted correctlythere will be a reductionin the amount of steam/detergent produced.

Using the oor steamer
IMPORTANT: Never use the steam mop without a microbre cleaning pad attached to the oorhead.Never leave the steam mop in one spot for an extended period of time or with a damp or wet microbre pad attached
as this may damage the oor surface.CAUTION: This steamer is not free standing, always stand using the wall bracket or securely against a wall/xed structure
alternatively, lie the steamer at on the oor in a suitable location so it does not become a trip hazard or can be stepped on.
Place the microbrepad on the oor whiteside facing up. Place theoorhead onto microbrepad making sure themicrobre pad coversthe entire oorhead.
Press the button in thecentre of the controlpanel to select steamand detergent setting.The light will illuminateat the desired setting:
Plug the steamer intomains power supply andslide the On/O switchto “On”.
Pull handlebackwards to recline.
The orange light willilluminate to indicatepower on.
To produce steamsqueeze the triggerin short bursts.Don’t hold the triggercontinuously to preventover wetting oors.

The green light willilluminate to indicatethe steamer is readyto use. The steamerwill automatically set toMax steam (no detergent).
Move the steamer slowlyforwards and backwardsacross the oor payingparticular attentionto high trac areas.Squeeze/release triggerto release steamas required.
When the steameris switched on thecontrol panel willautomatically setto max steam(no detergent).

For more concentrated steam use the steam boost.For best results use max steam + detergent setting.Press the steam boost button on the oorheadto activate. Squeeze the triggerto release steam.Press the steam boost button to switch o.

Using the oor steamer with the Compact Scrub Brush
Place foot on outeroorhead and liftsteamer to releasethe compact scrub brush.
To produce steam squeezethe trigger in short bursts.Don’t hold the triggercontinuously to preventover wetting oors.
Move the steamerforwards and backwardsacross the oor,getting into cornersand awkward places.
For more concentrated steam use the steam boost.For best results use Max steam + detergent setting.Press the steam boost button on the oorheadto activate. Squeeze the triggerto release steam.Press the steam boost button to switch o.
Re-t the compactscrub brushby lining up withoorhead and pushingrmly into place.
For best cleaningresults on stubbornstains in awkwardplaces use the compact
scrub brush on the max
steam detergent setting.

Using your machine
IMPORTANT: When using on carpets, always make sure the microbre cleaning pad covers the oorhead entirely before usingthe carpet glider. Only use the carpet glider when refreshing carpets. Never leave the steam mop in one spot for extendedperiod of time or with a damp or wet pad attached as this may damage the oor surface.
Refreshing carpets
Place the microbrepad on the oor whiteside facing up.Place steamer ontopad making sure theentire pad coversthe oorhead.
Pull handle backwardsto recline.
With microbre padattached, slide theoorhead into the carpetglider, then push theback of the oorheaddownwards into the clipto secure. The carpetglider should only be usedwhen refreshing carpets.
To produce steam squeezethe trigger in short bursts.To prevent over wettingcarpets avoid holding the triggercontinuously.
Plug the steamer intomains and slide theOn/O switch to “On”.The green light willilluminate when it is readyto use. The steamer willautomatically set to Maxsteam (no detergent).
Move the steamer slowlybackwards and forwardsacross the carpet.
To refresh your carpetspress the button on thecontrol panel to selectSteam only LOW.Do not use detergentwhen refreshing carpets.
When releasing the carpetglider, ensure the steamtrigger is fully releasedrst. To release the carpetglider, place your foot onthe clip and press down.Lift steamer out of theglider to remove.
After refreshing carpets, switch o and unplugthe steamer. Allow the steamerto cool down.Hold the corner of the microbre pad downwith your foot and lift steamerto peel away.

Using 360 Steam Tools
Precision Tool
Ideal for hard to access areas such as cornersor around taps. The concentrated jet of steampenetrates heavily soiled areas removing soapscum in baths and shower enclosures and blastingaway grease and grime from hobs and cookers.
Using the 360 connector with cleaning tools
To attach cleaning toolsto the 360⁰ connector, lineup the edge of the toolwith the 360⁰ connectorand in a hinge like mannerrotate the tool until it clickssecurely in place.
To remove the tool fromthe 360⁰ connector,push the release tabat the front of the tool.
Soft Scrub Brush
Agitates dried on grease and grime and removesbuild up of dirt. Perfect for use on cookers andhobs, sinks, taps, worktops and more with minimaleort. The soft bristles tackle dirt and are ideal formore delicate surfaces. The integrated scraperedge helps remove stubborn dried on stainswithout having to change the tool.

With the adaptor andcleaning tool attachedto the 360 connector,insert it into the handheld.
Twist the adaptorclockwise and listenforthe locking click.
Plug into mains andslide the On/O switchto on. The green light willilluminate when it is readyto use. The steamer willautomatically set to maxsteam (no detergent).
Press the buttonon the control panelto select preferredsetting steam/detergent.

Don’t leave water or detergent in the tanks between uses, as this can eect the steamer performance, the water/detergent twintanks need to be emptied and rinsed after each use.
Emptying the twin tank
Press the twin tank releasebutton, grip the twin tankand pull to remove tanks.
Turn the twin tank overto empty any excesswater and detergentover the sink.
Grip the twin tank and pull the tab on thewater tank cap open, then the tab on thedetergent tank cap open.
Rinse the detergent tank withwater and replace both caps,pushing rmlyto close beforereplacing the twin tank backonto the steamer.
Cleaning the Microbre Cleaning Pad
IMPORTANT: Don’t use bleach or fabric softener when washing the microbre cleaning pad. Always switch o the steamerand allow the steamerto fully cool down before removing the microbre cleaning pad.

After cleaning, ensurethe microbre padis thoroughlydriedbefore using with

Cleaning the Compact Scrub Brush
Press the reach wandrelease pedal and pullthe reach wandand handheld outof the oorhead.
IMPORTANT: Don’t operate the steamer without hard water lter in place. The condition of the lter aects the performanceof your steamer, check and change lter periodically. Depending on water hardness and frequency of use, the lter shouldbe changed every 3 to 6 months.
Pull to remove thecompact scrub brushfrom the oorhead.
Remove any dirt /debrisfrom the brushes andwash under running water(max 40⁰C) Leave to drybefore re-tting thecompact scrub brushonto the steamer.
Replacing the Hard Water Filter
Press the twin tankrelease button gripthe twin tank and pullto remove tanks.
Use yourthumb and indexnger to grip the hardwater lter. Pull the hardwaterlter towardsyou to remove.
The hard water ltershould be replacedevery 3 to 6 months.

Clearing blockages from the handheld
Place the handheld on a rm surface and hold securely.Grip the large end of the de-scaling pin, insert the pininto the nozzle and push the de-scaling pin through.Move the pin inwards and outwards to allow the tipof the pin to unblock the nozzle
TAP
Remove the pin from the nozzle.Holding the handheld steamer vertically,tap the nozzle on a hard surfaceto release any mineral deposits.

Attaching and detaching the hose
Push the end of the hose with thelocking clip into the handheld nozzleuntil it clicks into place. Make surethe locking clip on the exi-hose issecurely attached by gently pullingthe exi-hose.
Push and attach the 360⁰ connectorwith tool attached into the other endof the exi-hose until it clicks intoplace. Make sure the locking clip issecurely attached by gently pullingthe 360⁰ connector.
Press the unlocking button on theexi-hose and pull to remove thehose from handheld.

Why is the steamernot producing steam?

• The plug may not be fully pushed into the electrical socket.
• Check the fuse in the plug. If this needs replacing, always replacewith a British 13amp fuse.
• There may be no water in twin tank. Fill the twin tank.Go to ‘Using your machine’.
• Check the twin tank is correctly tted. Go to ‘Using your machine’.
• The water may not yet be at temperature, the green indicator lightwill be illuminated when it is ready.
• Trigger on handle has not been pressed go to ‘Using your machine’.The trigger may need to be pumped a few times before steam is visible.
• Check the hard water lter is in place, not damaged or needs replacing.Go to ‘Taking care of your machine’.
• The oat in twin tank may be stuck. Shake handheld to release.
• Steam path may be blocked. Go to ‘Let’s talk technical’.
