Tools required: Allen wrench
Note: Please do not fully tighten all bolts until you finish assembling all parts. Once assembled,
go back and fully tighten all bolts. This will make it easier during assembly of unit.
1. Unpack the unit and confirm that you have all the hardware and required parts listed.
2. Pick up one Wood Front Rail (O) and attach to the Top Shelf Frame (A) by using two 1 1/4”
Bolts (3) with Lock Washers & Flat Washers (4 & 5) into the pre-drilled holes as shown in
detail #2. Make sure the top edges are flush with each other. Tighten the bolts with Allen
Wrench provided.
3. Repeat last step to attach the other Wood Front Rail (O) to Second Shelf Frame (B).

4. Align and attach Upper Spine (H) to the connector of Lower Spine (I) using four 5/8” Bolts (2)
with Washers (4 & 5) through the pre-drilled holes on Upper Spine. See detail #2. Tighten
the bolts with Allen Wrench provided.

5. Locate the assembled Spine on a level and protective surface with the round holes facing up
as shown in detail #3.
6. Align the “U” bracket holes of Top Shelf Frame (A) with the sockets on the top of Spine,
insert and screw 5/8” Bolts (2) with Washers (4 & 5) through the bracket holes into the Spine.
See detail #3.
7. Repeat last procedure to attach the other Shelf Frames (B, C, D & E) onto the Spine in
place as shown in detail #3.

8. Pick up Right Leg (G) and align the back inserted nuts with the end brackets on 3 lower
Shelf Frames (C, D & E) simultaneously, insert and screw the 5/8” Bolts (2) with Washers (4
& 5) through the end brackets as shown in detail #4. DO NOT tighten the bolts.
9. Repeat last step to install Left Leg (F) at the other end. Make sure that both Legs are flush
with the Middle Shelf Frame (C) and that the gaps and offsets between the wooden front rail
of Middle Shelf Frame and the Legs are the same. Loosen the bolts on the end brackets
and wooden front rail and adjust if necessary.

Assembly Instructions
10. Stand the unit upright. Go back and tighten all bolts with Allen Wrench provided.
11. To prevent the Top & Second Shelf Frame (A & B) from sagging, please use the front set
screws for adjustment. See detail #5A.
12. In case of uneven floor, Floor Levelers are provided at the bottom of both Legs (F & G).
Simply tilt the unit back and raise or lower floor leveler by hand to correct tilting as shown in
detail #5.

13. Screw five Glass Raisers (6) all the way into the top holes of Middle Shelf Frame (C) and
both Legs (F & G). Put Suction Cups (1) firmly into top holes of the other four Shelf Frames
as shown in detail #6. Make sure that the Suction Cups go all the way into the pre-drilled
holes to prevent the glass shelf from falling and getting damage.
14. Place the Glass Shelves and Top Glass (J) in place begin with Bottom Glass Shelf (N) as
shown in detail #6. Make sure the glass is properly centered and the black side of glass is
down. Also, be sure to press down evenly and firmly each shelf onto the Suction Cups to
make sure they securely rest onto the Suction Cups.
Note: Make sure that the glass sits correctly. If glass is scratched you can minimize the
damage by using a BLACK marker and filling in scratched area from underneath.
15. Proceed to secure the Top Glass (J) & Second Glass Shelf (K) in place by inserting the
Glass Pins (7) through the pre-drilled hole on glass into top hole of the Upper Spine (H) and
the tab welded on the Second Shelf Frame (B) respectively, as shown in detail #6A.

16. Now follow the instructions printed on the plastic bag in order to mount the Tipping Restraint
Hardware Kit to the Upper Spine (H) properly. As shown in detail #7.
NOTE: YOU MUST USE THIS TIPPING RESTRAINT TO ATTACH THIS UNIT TO
THE WALL, TO PREVENT ACCIDENTS AND/OR INJURIES.
17. The audio video tower is ready for use now. Be sure to position your TV in center of Middle
Glass Shelf (L) with no overhang on either side. If you have a large television, you are
required to remove the Second Shelf Frame (B).
Tools required: Allen Wrench (provided), Phillips Screwdriver, Mallet, Power Drill, and 3/8” Drill Bit.
A Touch-Up Pen has been provided to repair any small nicks or scratches that may occur
during assembly or shipping.
Your assembly should now be complete.
