highly recommended. This hardware, when properly installed, could provide
protection against the unexpected tipping of furniture due to improper use.

Follow instruction printed on the White bag inside the hardware for this unit. You must install the hardware with the product in use.

Remove all hardware from box and sort by size.
Check to see that all hardware and parts are present BEFORE assembling.
Ask a friend to assist you with the assembly of this furniture.

Assembly Instructions
Note: Please do not fully tighten all bolts until you finish assembling all parts, then go back and fully tighten all bolts, this will make it easier during assembly of unit.
1. Unpack the unit and confirm that you have all the hardware and required parts listed.
2. Attach two Floor Levers (8) to the bottom threaded inserts of Bottom Shelf Frame (E) for the necessary adjustment as shown in detail #1.
3. Insert the upper part of Lower Spine (F) into the Upper Spine (G) to form a long Spine. Secure them in place using two 5/8” Bolts (3) with Lock Washer & Flat Washer (4 & 5) through the upper hole set. As shown in detail #1A.

4. Locate the assembled Spine and set back face down on a scratch free surface as shown in detail #2.
5. Align and attach Top Shelf Frame (A) to the top of the Spine, using the 5/8” Bolts (3) with Lock Washer & Flat Washer (4 & 5) through the bracket holes into the Spine. Tighten bolts with provided Allen Wrench, see detail #2.
6. Repeat last procedure to attach the other Shelf Frames (B, C, D & E) onto the Spine in place. Make certain the Floor Levelers on Bottom Shelf Frame (E) are facing bottom as shown in detail #2.

7. Flip over last assembly.
8. Align and attach the lower 3 Shelf Frames to Front Panel (L). Insert and screw six 5/8” Bolts (3) with Washer (4 & 5) through the end bracket holes and one 1 1/4Bolt (2) with Washers (4 & 5) through the middle hole on front rail of Large Shelf Frame (C) into the threaded
inserts on the Front Panel. See detail #3.
Note: Make sure the Front Panel is flush with the top surface of Top Frame.
9. Proceed to fasten all Shelf Frames to the assembled Spine using the 2 1/8” Bolts (1) with Washers (4 & 5) through the predrilled holes of the Spine into place, two bolts per Shelf
Frame. Tighten bolts with Allen Wrench provided as shown in detail #3A.

10. Turn the unit upright.
11. Attach the Front Left & Front Right Supports (M & N) in place to connect the Shelf Frames (C & D) with Front Panel (L) using the 5/8” Bolts (3) with Washers (4 & 5), as shown in detail
#4.
12. Attach the Back Left and Back Right Support (O & P) to the Shelf Frames (C & D) and
Lower Spine (F) in place with the 5/8” Bolts (3) with Washers (4 & 5), as shown in detail #4.

13. Put Suction Cups (6) into top holes of all Shelf Frames in place as shown in detail #5.
14. Place the Top Glass and Glass Shelves (H, I, J & K) in place, make sure the glasses are
center and the cut edges point towards back. See detail #5.
15. Proceed to align and secure the Top Glass & Small Glass Shelf (H & I) in place with two provided Glass Pins (7) through the pre-drilled hole on Glass into top hole of the Upper Spine (G) and the bracket welded on the Second Shelf Frame (B) respectively, as shown in
detail #5A.
Note: Make sure that the Glass sits correctly and the Glass Pins go all the way into the bracket to prevent the glass shelf from falling and getting damage. If glass is scratched you can repair by using a BLACK marker and filling in scratched area from underneath.

Assembly Instructions
16. In case of uneven floor, simply tilt the unit back and use your hand to turn the Floor Levelers attached at the bottom of Bottom Shelf Frame (E) to correct tilting, until the unit is level. As shown in detail #6.
17. Now follow the instructions printed on the plastic white bag in order to mount the Tipping Restraint Hardware Kit to the Upper Spine (G) properly. As shown in detail #6.
NOTE: YOU MUST USE THIS TIPPING RESTRAINT TO ATTACH THIS UNIT TO THE WALL, TO PREVENT ACCIDENTS AND/OR INJURIES.
18. The audio video tower is ready for use now. Be sure to position your TV in center of Large Glass Shelf with no overhang on either side.
Tools Required: Allen Wrench (provided), Phillips Screwdriver, Mallet, Power Drill, and 3/8”
Your assembly should now be complete.
