Assembly Instructions
Note: Please do not fully tighten all bolts until you finish assembling all parts, then go back and
fully tighten all bolts, this will make it easier during assembly of unit.
1. Unpack the unit and confirm that you have all the hardware and required parts listed.
2. Align and attach Left & Right Side Frame (C & D) to the Front Frame (A) using eight 5/8" Bolts (2)
with Flat Washer (3) through the plate holes in place, as shown in detail #1. DO NOT TIGHTEN
BOLTS UNTIL ASSEMBLY IS COMPLETE.
3. Attach Back Frame (B) to the last assembly using four 1 1/2" Bolts (1) with Flat Washers (3) through
the top rail of the Back Frame into the top threaded socket on the side frames, as shown in detail #2.
4. Proceed to attach the Back Frame (B) to both Side Frames (C & D) using four 5/8" Bolts (2) with Flat
Washers (3) through the bottom bracket on Back Frame in place. At the side of the TV stand secure
both Side Frames to the Back Frame using two 1 1/2" Bolts (1) with Flat Washers (3) through the
side frame into the threaded socket on the Back Frame, as shown in detail #2A.
TIGHTEN ALL BOLTS WITH ALLEN WRENCH PROVIDED.
5. Attach Floor Levelers (7) to the posts of Front Frame and Back Frame (A & B) for the necessary
adjustment, as shown in detail #2A.

6. Put the Suction Cups (part 5) onto the rail holes of Left & Right Side Frame (C & D) and screw three
Sucton Cup with Thread (part 6) into the threaded inserts on the bottom rail of Front Frame (A), as
shown in detail #3. Make sure they go all the way in.
7. At front side insert the Middle and Bottom Glass Shelf (F & G) in place as shown in detail #3.
8. Insert & screw six Glass Raisers (part 4) on the top holes of Front & Back Frame (A & B). Now place
the Top Glass (E) on top, make sure it is center. See detail #3.
Note: Make sure the Glass sits securely on the top of Suction Cups. If glass is scratched you
can repair by using a BLACK marker and filling in scratched area from underneath.
9. Position the assembled TV console on your desired location against the wall. Now follow the
instructions printed on the plastic white bag in order to mount the Tipping Restraint Hardware Kit to
the Back Frame (B) properly. As shown in detail #5.
NOTE: YOU MUST USE THIS TIPPING RESTRAINT TO ATTACH THIS UNIT TO THE WALL,
TO PREVENT ACCIDENTS AND/OR INJURIES.
10. The TV console is ready for use now. Be sure to position your TV in center of console with no
overhang on either side.

Option #1: AS A TV STAND
You can use this unit as a TV Stand to place your TV or Stereo components.
Option #2: TV STAND & PLASMA FLOATER
You can buy our new design PLASMA Floater (sold separately) and combine with the TV
Stand. So you can position your Flat Panel TV’S above the console and swivel left-or-right
for optium viewing control.
Option #3: L- SHAPE
YOU CAN BUY OUR PIER WALL (SOLD SEPARATELY) AND COMBINE WITH THE TV STAND.
SO YOU CAN USE WITH YOUR 60” DLP, LCD OR PLASMA TV’s.

Option #4: PIER WALL AND BRIDGE
YOU CAN BUY OUR PIER WALL AND BRIDGE (SOLD SEPARATELY) AND COMBINE WITH
THE TV STAND. SO YOU CAN USE WITH SOME DLP, LCD OR PLASMA TV’S.
TIPPING RESTRAINT HARDWARE
Note: We have included two Tipping Restraint Hardware bags for this Unit.
When properly installed, this restraint can provide protection against the unexpected tipping of the
Unit due to small tremors, bumps or climbing. We strongly recommend mounting this hardware to a
wall stud and your Unit.
Please carefully read the instructions printed on the bag.
Note: You must install the Tipping Restraint Hardware with the unit in use to prevent any accidents
or damage to the unit.
Tools Required: Allen Wrench (provided), Phillips Screwdriver, Mallet, Power Drill, and 3/8” Drill Bit.
Your assembly should now be complete.
