Safety in Assembly
During assembly of this aircraft, you will be asked to use sharp knives and hobby adhesives. Please follow all safety procedures recommended by the manufacturers of the products you use, and always follow these important guidelines:
ALWAYS protect your eyes when working with adhesives, knives, or tools, especially power tools. Safety glasses are the best way to protect your eyes.
ALWAYS protect your body, especially your hands and fingers when using adhesives, knives, or tools, especially power tools. Do not cut toward exposed skin with hobby knives. Do not place hobby knives on tables or benches where they can roll off or be knocked off.
ALWAYS have a first-aid kit handy when working with adhesives, knives, or tools, especially power tools.
ALWAYS keep hobby equipment and supplies out of the reach of children.

Safety in Flying
This is NOT a toy! It is a very high-performance RC airplane capable of high speeds and extreme maneuvers. It should only be operated by a competent pilot in a safe area with proper supervision.
ONLY fly your aircraft in a safe, open area, away from spectators and vehicles–and where it is legal to fly.
NEVER fly over an unsafe area, such as a road or street.
Never fly too close to yourself or spectators.
Never run your motor inside a house or building with the propeller attached – Remove the prop for safety.

Section1. Airframe Assembly
Step1. Use foam safe glue to glue the wings to the fuselage.
Step2. Glue the carbon fiber square tubing to the pre-cut slot.
Step3. Locate the 370mm (14.6-inch) carbon fiber rod, and attach two fiberglass plates to the rod.
Step4. Glue the rod to the slot on the tail.
Step5. Place the tail and horizontal fuselage in position on a work surface.
Step6. Glue that two fiberglass plates to the fuselage.
Step7. Install the fiberglass extended arm to the servo arm. (Glue them together before you drill the mounting holes)
Step8. With servo centered electronically, install the servo horn to the servo.

Step9. Install aileron servo, elevator servo and rudder servo onto the fuselage from the nose to tail.
Step10.
Slide the vertical fuselage into the
horizontal fuselage.
Align the tabs from the vertical fuselage into the slots in the horizontal fuselage. Adjust the vertical fuselage to make it in the center line of the horizontal fuselage.
Step11. Use foam safe glue and square to glue the vertical fuselage and horizontal fuselage together.
Step12. Use a knife to cut a 45 degree bevel on the glue edges of the zigzag.
Step13. Position the zigzag onto the fuselage as shown. Start to glue it at the tail and work your way slowly toward the front of the fuselage.
Section2. Servo Linkage Installation
Step1. Locate the item as shown.
Step2. Use thin CA and heat shrinking tube to connect the pushrod to the carbon fiber rod.

Step3. Cut a slot for the horn along the marked line on the aileron. Glue the horn with z-bend wire to the aileron.
Step4. Attach the aileron servo pushrod to the aileron servo arm.
Step5. Connect the z bend wire and the pushrod together using the shrinking tube.
Step6. With the control surface centered, shrink the tube with flame. Then apply some thin CA into the tube.
Step7.
Slide four guides to the 400mm (15.7-inch) CF rod and attach a z-bend wire to one end of the rod.
Step8. Glue the guides to the pre-cut slots and connect the rod to the rudder servo.
Step9. Install the rudder control horn to the rudder.
Step10. Connect the pushrod to the rudder servo control horn.

Step11.
Connect the z-bend wire to the elevator
control horn
Step10. Use the foam safe glue to glue the control horn to the tail.
Step11. Finish the elevator rudder servo linkage installation using the same method
Section3. Landing Gear Installation
Step1. Assemble the landing gears as shown.
Step2. Glue the landing gear mount to the fuselage.
Step3. Install the landing gear to the fuselage as shown.

Section4. Motor and Prop Installation
Step1. Install the 2206 motor to the motor mount.
Step2. Install 8 x 4 prop to the motor.
Step3. Install the battery and electronics to the fuselage.
Section5: Set up CG and control thro
The recommended CG is 218mm (8.6in) from the nose of the fuselage.
