sustainability, in addition to the material’s absolute ease of maintenance. Shila stone is highly adaptable & capable of
being pour-molded into any design we can dream up!

What is Shila Stone?
Shila Stone is a Valley Acrylic signature material available in
many of our Canadian-made product lines! Our in-house team
of artisans creates this composite material by utilizing excess
acrylic ll from our enviro-seal zero-waste recycling program.
This process is helping to turn all of Valley Acrylic production
green as we divert thousands of pounds of waste from landlls
to create new, durable, sustainable designer products for our
customers.

Features of Shila Stone
Shila Stone is far stronger than traditional acrylic bathware.
Using our unique formula, Valley Shila Stone is an extremely
durable composite resistant to staining, cracking or scufng.
In addition to its strength, Shila Stone is entirely non-
porous! This means that Shila Stone products are long
lasting & hygienic, with a natural resistance to the
build-up of mold, mildew & bacteria.
With its Ultra-sheer gloss nish, Shila Stone is easy
to maintain & clean with as little effort as a light
wash of hot water and a light, non-abrasive
cleanser! Or a light abrasive pad for cleaning
matte nish.

Material Breakdown
Shila Stone originated as a part of our green-manufacturing & sustainability initiative.
Sourcing materials exclusively from North America, we ensure a consistent high quality
product consisting of a unique blend of marble resin, catalyst & acrylic ll to create
a non-porous, resilient material which can be mold-poured into any shape you can
imagine, and cured within 1 day to create a nished product.
Our innovative recycling process diverts hundreds of pounds of acrylic waste
from entering landlls each year, as well as reclaiming the water and energy
that went into creating the original materials by breaking down excess from
production.
Our Shila Stone products are designed & hand crafted by Canadian
artisans who pay close attention to every detail. It is our goal to ensure that
every product we make is something that we, and you would be proud
to own.
