48 VOLT DC POWER SUPPLY

IDENTIFICATION

The VP-2048B is a fully regulated 48 Vdc 2 amp
power supply ("A" Battery). The input and output are
fuse protected and the output is floating with respect
to ground. The regulator will maintain 48 + 3 volts
over the entire input voltage range. Upon power up, a
load greater than 2 amps will shut the power supply
off and cause the overload LED to illuminate. Short
circuit protection is also provided. The VP-2048B
can be used with Valcom V-1038 paging horns or any
application where 48 Vdc filtered ("A") battery is
required. The VP-2048B is CSA Approved.

INSTALLATION

The VP-2048B is designed to be wall-mounted within

4.5 feet of an AC receptacle.
