Twin Latitude Car

INSTALLING YOUR PEG PEREGO CAR SEAT ADAPTOR

1. Begin preparing the Latitude stroller for the Car Seat Adaptor by removing the canopy (hoods) from the stroller and reclining the seats to their fully reclined position (detailed instructions in the Twin Latitude Stroller Instruction Manual).
2. Remove the bumper bar, (detailed instructions in the Twin Latitude Stroller Instruction Manual).
3. Remove the extra hood and Peg Perego Adaptor Bar from the packaging and dispose of packaging responsibly.

4. Prepare the Hood for installation by rotating the hood rods so they are aligned with the corresponding connector pieces on the stroller frame (where the twin hood was connected.) (1) NOTE: ENSURE THAT THE HOOD IS PLACED OVER THE LEFT SEAT OF THE STROLLER (WHEN FACING YOU).
5. Simultaneously slide the hood rods onto the corresponding raised pieces on the stroller frame and lock into place. (2)

6. Align the Adaptor Bar connector piece with the corresponding raised piece on the outer frame of the stroller. NOTE: BE SURE THAT THE ADAPTOR BAR IS IN ITS UPRIGHT POSITION BY PULLING THE SUPPORT BAR AWAY FROM THE ADAPTOR FRAME.
7. Slide the Adaptor onto the corresponding raised piece and lock into place. NOTE: ONLY ONE SIDE OF THE ADAPTOR WILL SLIDE ONTO THE STROLLER FRAME. THE ADAPTOR WILL NOT BE CONNECTED TO THE MIDDLE FRAME.

8. Locate the middle hood connector piece.
9. Unscrew the screw, washer and nut from the middle piece.

10. Insert the remaining unattached adaptor bar into the centre of the middle connector piece.

11. Align the adaptor piece with the middle connector piece and hood piece.
12. Insert the screw, and secure with the washer and nut.
13. The Adaptor is now secured to the frame with the support bar resting on the edge of the seat, above the footrest.

14. Adjust the footrest upwards. To do so: Press the adjust button, and move the footrest to the desired position. (3)
15. Located on the car seat adaptor are two sets of
tether straps. The rst set (as shown in Figure G) rest on
the foot rest of the stroller. Adjust these straps so they wrap underneath the foot rest of the stroller. (4)
16. Secure by inserting the male clip into the female end. Ensure these straps are as tight as possible.
17. The adaptor is now securely attached to your stroller. You may readjust the footrest to suit your child.

18. Position the Car Seat so the infant is facing the handlebar of the stroller.
19. Line the Car Seat up with the adaptor bar so that the Car Seat rests on the adaptor bar when inserted.

20. Once your car seat is inserted, locate the remaining set of straps.
21. Take the Male/Female strap and slip the strap through the car seat belt hook on the side of the car seat.
22. Repeat with the other strap.
23. Insert Male clip into its Female counterpart and buckle.
24. Adjust straps to tighten around car seat.
25. You may want to readjust the recline of the seat to ensure the car seat has the most comfortable and secure ride.
TO REMOVE YOUR CAR SEAT:
26. Reverse the steps outlined in Figure I and lift out the car seat.
TO REMOVE YOUR ADAPTOR:
27. Slide all three connector pieces from the stroller, undo the buckle under the footrest and remove adaptor. NOTE: THERE IS NO NEED TO UNSCREW THE ADAPTOR. RETAIN THE ADAPTOR IN THIS FORM FOR EASY FUTURE INSTALLATIONS.
