Automatic Learn Function:
Manual Learn Function (Remote Signal Search):
The learnfunction executes automaticallyand runs forapproximately 3 minuteswhen batteries arefirst installed inthe receiver.
Press andhold for 3seconds to start.CHN
If anew remote transmitteris added orif signal islost (outdoor readout onthe receiver isblinking), the learnfunction must be executed again.
Within these3 minutes, thereceiver will pickup the temperatureand humidity signalsfrom remote transmitterand display thereading.
Unit willbeep to indicatethat the learnfunction has started.
Channel symbolwill blink andunit will continueto beep aseach remote transmitteris detected.
Within 3minutes, the temperatureand humidity readingof the remote transmitter willdisplay on thereceiver.

WIRELESS TRANSMISSION
For optimal performance:
Place thereceiver and remotetransmitter side byside about 1metre apart, andallow the receiverand remote transmitterto synchronize for 10minutes before youplace the remotetransmitter outdoors.
Environmental factorsand signals fromother household devices,such as remoteentry controls, securitysystems, and computers,may interfere withthe wireless transmissionof this productand cause temporary receptionloss. This is normaland does notaffect the general performance ofthis product. Stable receptionwill resume oncethe interference ends.
The remotetransmitter should beplaced in adry shaded area. NOTE: Fogand mist willnot harm theremote transmitter but direct rainmust be avoided.
Mount theremote transmitter uprightavoiding metallic objects and frames,such as windowsills. Verify that there are no obstacles like atransmission tower orsteep hill thatcan cause interference and blockagebetween the remotetransmitter and receiver.
Place thereceiver unit atleast 2 metresaway from anyelectrical devices, suchas your televisionset, computer,cordless phone, orany radio controlledequipment.
Replace unit(s)with fresh batterieswhen the LowBattery Indicator lights up. Refer to the LOWBATTERY INDICATION section.
Youmay need toreposition the remotetransmitter to adifferent location and/orcloser to thereceiver for thebest transmission.
