FAT ANALYZER

1. Remove the two electrode plates [Fig. 1 (21 & 24)] from the electrode holder [20] and scour both sides

thoroughly using hot water and a commercial soap scouring pad. Wash the plastic holder [20] in hot soapy
water to remove all fat residue.

NOTE: Failure to follow these instructions will cause residue build-up on electrode plates, which will

FAT TEST PROCEDURE

8. With eyes at the same level as pointer, move upper pointer until even with top of fat layer.

9. Read fat level from right side of dial and record.

10. For best results, repeat above steps two more times and take average of three readings.
