but not activated. Here is how to power it on for the rst time.

Pick up your remote and remove the “Pull” tab

Status LED will blink green four times as the remote
powers up (about 5 seconds).
Turn on your TV.

Turn on your set-top box.

Press and hold the Setup button (about 3 seconds)

until the Status LED changes from red to green.
Press the XFINITY button.

Follow the on-screen instructions to enter the

3-digit code that appears.
Once the code is correctly entered, your XFINITY
Remote is paired with the device.
Not working? Make sure th e battery tab fr om
your remote is re moved, your T V is on and you are
enteri ng the correc t 3-digit co de on your TV scr een.
Need to r emove Aim Anywhere contro l? Press
and hol d the Setup button on t he remote unti l the
stat us LED changes f rom red to green. Press A o n
the rem ote. If the st atus LED blinks green twice,
you have successfully removed Aim Anywhere.

while continuing to hold down the
button. Try one of the suggestions to the
left. The Status LED will be solid blue
while you speak your command.

Release the Voice button when your
command is complete. Look at the TV for
the results of your voice command.
Not working? Make sure yo u’re pressin g the
Voice but ton while you speak into the re mote,
and rel ease it when com plete.
