theadjustmentknobhasnotfullymadeaweightselectionandtheknobisbetweentheselectiondetents(clicks).

Withtheselectionknobinthisincorrectposition,carefullytrytoliftthehandletoremoveitfromthebase.Youshouldfindthatthehandleislockedto
thebaseandcannotberemovedwithlightpressure,asitusuallycan.

Changetheadjustmentknobtoafullandcorrectweightselectionandmakesurethatthedumbbellhandlecanagainberemoved.
8.
Repeatthistestforalladjustmentknobs.

Makesurethedumbbellhandleassemblyisproperlytightened.Todothis,settheadjustmentknobsto4poundsandremovethehandleassemblyfromthe
base.Holdtheadjustmentknobs,andpushandpulltheknobstoandawayfromthehandlegrip.Theknobsshouldnotmovefreelyandalloftheselection
discsshouldfeeltightlyconnected.
