ML5 WiFi Capabilities (Separate section inside the manual just for WiFi.
The ML5 controller offers connectivity thru WiFi 802.11 b/g/n. When the device is connected to the WiFi the user can connect to the ML5 controller via the Data-Connect program. Additionally the user can connect to the ML5 controller through your devices browser by accessing a webpage that resides on the ML5 controller.
There are two types of operating systems that can connect to the ML5 controller, IOS and Android. IOS systems require you to enter the password in your systems setting and enter the password a second time when logging into the Data-Connect program or resident webpage. The Android system only requires you to log into the devices WiFi settings.
The ML5 WiFi can be accessed through the Alt menu on the keypad. Select Alt and arrow
through the display until ‘net’ is displayed, select ENTER key. Scroll through the menu until “
EnbL” is displayed in the left display. On the right display the user can scroll up or down and select “On” to enable WiFi or “OFF” to disable.
Steps to log into the controller network.
Start the refrigeration system. Turn on your wireless device, tablet, cellphone, etc.
1) From your home screen, tap the Apps located at the upper-right of your tablet screen.
2) Tap on the Settings icon. ...
3) Tap on the Wireless and networks section, tap on Wi-Fi settings.
4) Tap on Wi-Fi: Turn on Wi-Fi.
5) Locate your wireless network by locating the Container ID in the available networks (SSID).
6) You’ll be prompted by your device at this point to enter the password.
To see the password access the controller keypad.
1) Press “Alt Mode”
2) use the down arrow to get “nEt” to show on the display.
3) Press “ENTER”
4) use the down arrow to get “PASSW EntR” to show on the display.
5) Press “ENTER”

Notes about the password:
WiFi password resets every 4 hour (hours 2,5,8,11 based on system clock) Password is good for the customers fleet (assuming all clock are set properly)

If communicating at the password change time boundary, the session can run for an addition 4 hours without changing the password. Data-Connect (internal app)………
