Follow these simple instructions to set up your system

QUICK START GUIDE
Step 2.Connect the cord.
Place the connector plug on the end of the pad into the socket on top of the Patient Alert unit as shown.
Step 1. Positioning the Pad.
Step 3. Position the Alert Unit.
With the Patient Alert still in the off position, attach the Alert unit to desired location on bed using the Mesh Bag provided. Patient Alert sound is designed to alert caretaker while

alerting patient to return to bed.
Step 4. Operate the system.
Place the patient on the bed. Now you are
ready to activate the Patient Alert unit.
A- Momentary Activation ( MOM)
Switch Alert unit to MOM position. This will activate Alarm when patient attempts exit. The Patient Alert unit will Automatically reset and silence alarm when patient returns to Sensor Pad position or unit is turned off by caretaker.
B- Continuous Activation ( CONT)
When the Alert switch is placed in CONT posi­tion and patient exits Sensor Pad, Patient Alert will sound alarm continuously until turned off by caretaker

INSTALLATION
Mount Sensor Pad ACROSS Wheel Chair Seat with wire leads routed toward back to Patient Alert, sensor units or transmitter.

Mount Sensor Pad ACROSS Bed with wire leads routed toward back to sensor unit. Mount at patient HIP position on bed for normal response time use. Mount at beneath shoulders position for Quick Response. Sensor Pad may be placed beneath bed cover or bottom sheet.
DO NOT! MOUNT SENSOR PADS AS SHOWN BELOW !
DAMAGE WILL OCCUR TO SENSOR PADS AND VOID LIFETIME WARRANTY.
