Installation Manual - FPLC V2 SLIM
hank you for purchasing a FPLC V2 SLIM lift!
Please make sure to read the instructions mentioned below before installing and using this lift!
FPLC V2 Slim mechanism is manufactured for flat panel installation on ceiling in horizontal position and should be installed by
specialized installers.
FPLC V2 Slim must be firmly installed on the ceiling with
the use of metal screws and the appropriate for the ceiling
anchors. The ceiling surface on which the FPLC V4 will be
installed, must be able to bare 3 times the total weight of
the application: lift weight + weight of the flat panel
+weight of the ceiling cover.

The FPLC V2 slim lift must be mounted through the 4 slat
holes shown in the drawing beside, with the use of (4) four
M10 screws with washer.

The lift must be firmly, well balanced and tightly mounted on the ceiling, so that there will be no oscillation during opening and closing
of the lift. In cases when the ceiling has big depth, then special over constructions of metal or other firm structure must be applied
before the lift is installed, in order to achieve lift's firm mounting.
Important Note:
he distance between the back side of the lift and the back
side of the false ceiling box (if applicable) must be at least
20mm in order to have enough room for the ceiling cover
to rotate inside the false ceiling (see drawing beside).
Ceiling hole recommended dimensions:
FPLC V2 30-40 : 1495x820mm
FPLC V2 42-50 : 1752x956mm
FPLC V2 52-60 : 1952x1086mm
The flat panel must be mounted, aligned and centred, on
the two vertical bars shown in the drawing beside, after
they are adjusted in the appropriate distance, in order to
feet the vesa mounting of the screen.

The ceiling cover is recommended to be from phenolmarine plywood of 8mm or 12mm and it must be mounted
on the metal frame indicated in the drawing beside.
It is recommended that the lift cell is not drilled by other
teams in the project site.

If for any reason this must be done, in order to complete
false ceiling installation works, it must not be done in
areas marked by signs "No drilling area"!
After the flat panel and the ceiling cover are firmly installed on the lift, then it is the right time to adjust the opening and closing angles
of it.
o
FPLC V2 Slim has a maximum opening angle of 110
. The
degrees of the opening angle can be reduced by the
specialized installer:
Open the "angle control box" in the left inner side of the
lift, by unscrewing the (4) four screws that hold it.
Control the opening angle by turning the two rosettes
to the appropriate direction.
Upper rosette marked as UP controls the maximum
opening angle and lower rosette marked as DOWN controls
the closing angle of the lift (see drawing at the side).
Caution:
The maximum weight of flat panel and ceiling over must
not exceed the load capacity of FPLC V2 Slim lift!
