(A) 2 Seat Boards
(B) 1 Seat Board
(C) 1 Cleat
(D) 2 Leg Plates
(E) 2 Legs
(F) 2 Foot
Hardware:
• 2-1/2 inch zinc screws…16
• 1-3/4 inch zinc screws…30
• ¼” wood spacer …2
#2 Philips or Robertson screw driver.
Step 1. Build Bench Top
• Using ¼ inch spacer set out 3 seat boards with narrow board in center - good face down as illustrated above.
• Measure approx. 22.5 inches from end and attach cleat across seat boards using 1-3/4 inch screws.
Step 2. Build Leg Assembly
• Align middle set of holes in leg plate over top of leg and attach using 2 ½ inch screws.
• Flip upside down - set foot on free end of leg and attach with 2 ½ inch screws.
Step 3. Final Assembly
Please note:
• Center each leg assembly across seat boards – position approx. 3 inches from ends
and attach using 1-3/4 inch screws.
• Your new Bench is ready for use.
Leg plate may have additional drill holes that are not required for assembly of this product.
