IMPO RTANT SAFETY INFO RMATION
• Most 911 Call Centers do not have the capability to identify the locatio n of a c e llu lar call, unle s s the c alle r verbally provides that information. It is important to immediately identify your location to 911 operators w hen placing an emergency call to 911. Befor e saying anythi ng else to the 911 operator , give an address and/or any nearby la ndmarks to help speed assistance.
• Do not hang up until instr ucted to do so by a 911 operator. If your 911 c all somehow gets disconnected, M obile911's yellow "in use" light will turn off. Mobile911 cannot r eceive calls, so a 911 operat o r w ill b e u nable to ca ll y ou back . Simply press and hold the Call butto n for tw o seconds to place another 911 call.
• In the unlikely event that you press the Cal l button and you hear a recorded message, or a 911 operator does not answer, simply press a nd hold the Signal butto n to "hang up". Press and hold the Call button again, a nd Mobile911 w ill attempt t o redial a 911 operator through an alternate cellular car r ier . Checking Batter ies & Avai lability of Service
Press and hold the "signal" butt on until unit beeps. Tr oubleshooti ng Pr oblems
• Verify that t he batter ies ar e inserted c or r ect ly and are not weak.
• After pushing the red Call button until it beeps, look at the lights labeled "signal". If the red signal light becomes solid, this i ndicates that no signa l c ould be found and your call will not g o thro ugh to a 911 oper ator.

Battery Maintenance
When batt eries a re low, the un it will beep and all l ig hts f lash after pr essing and holding "signal" b utt on. Check batteries yearly even if the Mobile911 has not been used. Check batt er ies each time you place a 911 call. Use AAA alka li n e batter ies only. Never put discarded batt er ies into a fire or physically damage them. Avoid mi xing old and new batter ies or mixing different brands.
Maintenance
Clean Mobile911 with a soft, dry cloth. If necessary, dampen the cloth with diluted detergent then dry with a clean cloth. Caution: Ot her cleaning chemica ls may disco lor t he surface.

Mobile911 is not guaranteed to contact emergency ser vices. Mobile911 is inte nded solely for use in the United Stat es and Canada. 911 emergency services ar e not available i n all areas. Analog cellular s er vice is not available in all areas. Prior to your firs t use of Mobile911 you should call your local emerge ncy communicat ions office and verify that wireless 911 service is available in your area. You should also remember that t he availab ilit y of wireless 911 does not mean Mobile911 will always work. If you are in an area with insufficient cellular service, t he call cannot be placed. Further, even if you contact emergency ser vices, the emergency service provider may not pr oper ly r espond. Y ou must also remember to keep fresh batter ies in Mobile911. I n the United States, current Federal Co mmunicat io ns Com miss ion (FCC) Regulatio ns require cell ular ser vice pro viders to pass all 911 calls through to all 911 emergency centers that have requested the calls regardless of whether the call originates from a cellular service provider ’s pa id subscriber. I n Canada, cellular service pro viders c urrently pass al l 911 calls thro ugh to 911 ce nters on a voluntary basis. Should FCC reg ulat ions change or if t he policy of the Canadian service providers c hanges, 911 access through Mobile911 may be modified or eliminated. Mobile91 1 should not be used in Nova Scotia accor ding to Chapter 4 of t he Nova Scoti a Emerge ncy "911" Act of 1992, which states t hat no person shall use an automatic dialer t o dial the number "911".

Co ntact SecureAlert, LLC at 1- 888- 809- 1253. You will be g iv en a re turn authorization code and t he address t o which the defective prod uct may be sent. You must send the defective product a nd the original sales invoice, postage paid, to SecureAlert, LLC. SecureAlert , LLC will r epair or replace the defect ive product with a new, renewed, or comparable product at no charge to you. SecureAlert , LLC has sole discretio n in determining whether to repair or r eplace the product. WHAT IS THE WARRANTY PERIO D? The warr anty begi ns on the date you purchased Mobi le911 and lasts for ninety (90) days. When the warranty on the original pr oduct expires, t he war r anty on any replaceme nt product also expires.
