Flame Failure Safety Device 防漏熄火安全裝置
z If the flame is extinguished during operation, the automatic Flame Failure Safety Device
will shut the gas off after a short delay.
如爐頭在使用中，火焰突然熄滅，防漏熄火安全裝置會自動切斷煤氣供應。
z The Safety Sensor is delicate, please do not use stiff brushes or rough cleaning pads for
cleaning.
安全感應器十分精密，不可用粗糙的刷子或其他東西進行清潔。
z Aeration of burners are preset at manufacturing, do not attempt to adjust it.
廠方已調校了爐頭出氣位，不可自行嘗試調校。
VII. CLEANING AND SERVICING INSTRUCTION 清潔及維修指示
z Always disconnect the appliance from the main supply before cleaning or carrying out
maintenance work.
進行清潔或維修爐具時，請確保所有電源及氣制已被關掉。
z Wash the stainless steel surfaces with lukewarm soapy water, rinse and dry thoroughly
everyday.
每天使用溫水及清潔劑清洗不銹鋼面並徹底抺乾。
z When cleaning stainless steel, never under any circumstances use abrasive materials
such as steel wool, iron brushes or scrapers, since they may leave ferrous particles on
the steel surface, thereby causing it to rust.
當清潔不銹鋼時，在任何情況下都不能使用鋼絲絨、鐡刷或刮刀等磨損性物料清潔，因這
些物料會將鐡質留於不銹鋼表面，導致生銹。
z If necessary, use stainless steel wool to rub the surface carefully, and follow the direction
of the satin finish.
如有需要可使用不鋼絲絨清刷不銹鋼面，及須順著不銹鋼鋼紋清刷。
z Remove any incrustations from the burners and burner cap slots everyday.
每天清理爐頭及爐蓋縫隙的污垢。

Wash the pan support and burner base plates in lukewarm soapy water, rinse and dry
thoroughly everyday.
每天使用暖水及清潔劑清洗爐架及爐頭底座並徹底抺乾。
z If the appliance will not used for long periods, proceed as follows:

- Close the main gas cock upstream of the appliance 關閉供氣喉之主氣閥
- Using a cloth soaked in Vaseline oil, vigorously rub the stainless steel surfaces until
they are well greased 使用沾上凡士林的布拭擦不銹鋼面，直到完全沾上
- Periodically air the premises不要長時間將爐具處於密封的地方
z The appliance must be serviced at least once a year.

III. INSTALLATION GUIDE 安裝指示
z For your own safety, please appoint the registered gas installer for installation of all the
gas appliance.

z This cooking range is to be used for cooking only. Do not dry towels, clothes, etc. over
it.
此爐具只用於烹飪，不可用於烘乾衣物、毛巾等。
z The cooking range should be installed in a well ventilated room and keep it away from
any combustible or inflammable objects such as paper or oil.
爐具須安裝在空氣流通之房間內，附近不可放置易燃物品如紙張、油類等。
z The cooking range should be installed with a distance of more than 15 cm away from
combustible materials surrounding.
此爐具的安裝位置應與週圍易燃物料距離 15 厘米以上。
z The cooking range should be placed on a stable and level surface.
爐具須放置在穏固之平面上。
z Please do not use this appliance at where the wind of electric fan and/or air conditioner
could affect, or strong wind would blow.
請勿使用此爐具在電扇、空調的風直接吹到或者大風吹到的地方。

IGNITING THE WOK RANGE 炒爐操作程序
1. Before using the wok range, make sure all the knobs are in “off” position.
使用前，確定所有爐制必需在 “ 關閉 ” 位置。
2. Turn on the exhaust fan of the hood.
開啟排風煙罩。
3. Press and turn the knob from “off” position to “flame”. Hold it for 10 seconds or until
the pilot-light ignites.
按下爐火調節旋扭，然後將旋扭由 “ 關閉 ” 位置扭至 “ 火種 ” 位置，按緊爐制維持大
概 10 秒或直至火種燃著。
4. Release the knob, whereupon the flame should remain ignited. If not, repeat the
steps 3 & 4.
放開旋扭，而火種要保持燃點。若火種未能燃著，請重覆程序 3 及 4。
5. Turn the burner knob to adjust the flame of the burner.
扭動爐火調節旋扭至所需之火力。
6. To turn off the wok range, press and turn the wok burner knob to “off”.
要關掉炒爐，按下炒爐爐火調節旋扭，然後扭至 “關閉” 位置。

VIII. WARNINGS 注意事項
z When the pilot-light is off, don’t turn on the burners.
火種未著時，切勿開啓爐火。
z Do not use products containing chlorine (bleach, hydrochloric acid, etc.), even diluted,
to clean the steel surface.
切勿使用含有氯成份的清潔產品清洗不銹鋼面。
z Pan support is heavy. Do not drop it.
爐架是很重的，切勿掉下。
z Do not clean the burner when the appliance is hot.
當爐具熱時，切勿清洗爐面。
z Pan support gets hot after use. Clean it after cooling down.
爐架使用後會很熱，代它冷卻後方可清潔。
z Do not wash the cooking range with water jets.
請勿使用射水工具清洗爐具。
z Please do not use aluminum mat because it may cause combustion problem.
請勿使用錫紙碟，因它可能會引致爐頭燃燒不正常。
z Do not modify the aeration supply necessary for combustor.
請勿自行調較爐具燃燒的風位。
