Battery Installation
Tool required - Small Phillips head screwdriver.
1. Using a Phillips head screwdriver, loosen the screw in the battery
cover and remove the battery cover as shown.
2. Insert 3 "AA" batteries (not included) as indicated in the battery
compartment into the Center Leaf and 2 "AAA" batteries as indicated
in the battery compartment into the Remote.
3. Replace battery cover and tighten screw.
4. Switch the On/O switch to the "ON" position.

Assembly
1. Connect side leaves as shown (g. 1).
2. Run the 4 LED Cables through channels and
holes in leaves as shown (g. 2).
BATTERY SAFETY INFORMATION
• Non-rechargeable batteries are not to be recharged.
• Rechargeable batteries are to be removed from the toy before being charged.
• Rechargeable batteries are only to be charged under adult supervision.
• Different types of batteries or new and used batteries are not to be mixed.
• Batteries are to be inserted with the correct polarity.
• Exhausted batteries are to be removed from the toy.
• The supply terminals are not to be short-circuited.
• Do not mix old and new batteries.
• Do not mix alkaline, standard (carbon-zinc) or rechargeable (nickel-cadmium) batteries.

Mounting to ceiling
Tool required - Drill, 7/16" drill bit, small screwdriver
NOTE: THIS STEP SHOULD BE DONE BY AN ADULT.
NOTE: PRODUCT IS ONLY INTENDED TO BE INSTALLED ON A HORIZONTAL DRYWALL CEILING.
BECAUSE OF VARIATIONS BETWEEN BUILDING MATERIALS AND CONSTRUCTION METHODS,
THE INCLUDED MOUNTING HARDWARE MAY NOT BE SUITABLE FOR ALL INSTALLATIONS.
1. Determine the hanging location, being aware of ceiling stud locations. IMPORTANT!
Make sure the mounting location is at least 20 inches from any walls or obstacles to
ensure necessary clearance for hanging leaves (g. 3).
2. Using the mounting plate as a template, place the mounting plate against the ceiling with
the side marked "THIS SIDE DOWN" facing you. Using a pencil, mark the two outer holes.
3. With the markings you have made, drill two 7/16" holes all the way through the drywall.
4. Insert the hardware through the mounting plate as shown noting side labeled "THIS SIDE
DOWN."
5. Insert hardware through ceiling as shown (g. 5).

6. Gently maintain a downward pull on the mounting plate while screwing the hardware
clockwise until the plate is snug against the ceiling. Do not over tighten (g. 5).
7. Guide the three legs on the top of the Center Leaf into the corresponding holes on of the
mounting plate (g. 6).
8. Rotate the Center Leaf clockwise until you feel it click into place (g. 6).
Final assembly
1. Connect the remaining 5 Hanging Leaves by plugging the LED Cables into the back of
the leaves. Press rmly until you feel the Cable Connector snap into place (g. 7).
2. Remove self adhesive backing and apply squares of foam tape to underside of reies
(g. 8).
3. Locate the reies as desired onto the smooth surface of the leaves as shown making
sure the rear end of the rey is tting snugly against the LED. Press the each rmly into
place (g. 8).
Operation
IMPORTANT: The On/O switch located on the Center Leaf, must be switched to the
"ON" position.

1. Press the button on the Remote to turn on.
2. To turn o, press and hold the Remote button.
Note: To conserve battery life, the reies will turn o automatically after 30 minutes.
