Turn Toggle ON/OFF switch to
ON position and AMBER power
indicator lamp will illuminate.

Press ON/OFF key.
Melt E, G, or P will appear in
the display.
Press the SET key. PROGRAM
will appear in the display.
Enter the COOK PASSWORD
“3660” to program product
keys. RECIPE will appear in the
display. All product key LED’s
will light.
Enter the time the STEP is to
begin. Then press OK/EXIT key.
STRAIGHT/FLEX will appear in
the display.
Press the PRODUCT KEY to be
programmed. i.e. 1-8. Product
Key LED will light, indicating
ready to be programmed.
NUMBER of STEPS appears in
the display.

Press the 0 Key to toggle
between STRAIGHT or FLEX
timing mode and press OK/
EXIT. STEP TEMP will appear
in display indicating Temp. in “F”
for product is to be entered.
Enter number of cooking steps
to be programmed then press
OK/EXIT key. The time for step
1 to begin will appear in the
display indicating
TOTAL COOK TIME

Enter TEMP for this step. Then
press OK/EXIT key. Repeat
instructions 6-9 for each step.
When nished with each step
NUMBER OF ALARMS will
appear in the display.

Enter number of stir alarms
desired. Then press OK/EXIT.
ALARM TIME will be displayed
indicating the time for the
alarm signal to be entered.

Enter the Time the alarm is
to begin. Then press the
OK/EXIT key. HITS 00 will be
displayed. Enter 00 to nish
programming for this product.
Then press the OK/EXIT key.

Repeat above steps for
each product key to be
programmed. Once all product
keys are programmed press
the SET key TWICE to exit
PROGRAMMING MODE.

Press PROG to enter
PROGRAMMING MODE.
CODE will appear in the display.
Enter code 1724, then ENTER.
Press PRODUCT KEY # you
wish to program and press
ENTER. The time for that
product key will appear in the
display.

Press TOGGLE/CLEAR to clear
out old cook time, then put in
the new cook time and press
SCAN to enter additional cook
times for this product key, or
press ENTER to move to the
next step.
Temperature in °F will appear
in the display Use TOGGLE/
CLEAR to delete old Temp and
enter new one. Press SCAN
to enter more Temps for this
Product Key or press ENTER
when finished.
When nished entering Temps,
FL or ST will be displayed. Press
TOGGLE/CLEAR to switch
between STRAIGHT or FLEX
TIME. Press SCAN to advance
to next Straight/Flex Time
option for that product key and
press ENTER when nished.
To program action alarm times,
press SCAN to make the display
read PrE. Press PRODUCT
KEY # for which you want to
program an action alarm, then
press ENTER.

Press TOGGLE/CLEAR to erase
the current time. Enter desired
time and press ENTER. Repeat
for Alarms 2 and 3.

When nished programming
your computer press PROG to
exit PROGRAMMING MODE.
