Trouble Shooting
Check for error codes
Unplug unit and plug back in. If the main board beeps when
plugging in the unit it is probably not a board issue.
No Ice
• Check Water Supply.
• Check refrigerator temperature - must be at 42º or set point to
make ice.
• Check bin temperature - at 34º the unit stops making ice it must
get above 35º to start again.
• Check drain system.
• Check circulation pump
Refrigerator too warm
• Check the actual refrigerator temperature. If set to 38ºF the actual
temperature should be between 36ºF and 40ºF during normal
operation.
• Check door seal.
• Check installation.
• Set control colder.
