3 Description
3.1 Product status change
The NINA-W106 Wi-Fi and Bluetooth dual-mode module has been released to Initial Production.
3.2 Certification and qualification
The module is certified according to the regulatory requirements in US (FCC/CFR 47 part 15
unlicensed modular transmitter approval). The modules comply with the regulations defined in
the Radio Regulatory Directive (RED) by ETSI for Europe and are also qualified in accordance
with the Bluetooth 4.2 specification.
4 Schedule
This information is effective as of December 18, 2020. First production parts are now in stock
and customers can place orders immediately.
5 Customer impact and recommended action
Customers are advised to review the updated documentation accompanying this release.
