Ⅰ. Introduction:
Hot Dog Warmer with cabinet is a new electro thermal product
which is designed and developed with foreign advanced
technology. It adopts the international popular style, its body made
by good quality stainless steel, luxurious and good-looking. The
products is made of excellent Germanic electric element,
energy-saving and safety. The spray painting material of heating bar
is Teflon which is not easily to stick to the surface, innocuous and
easy to clean. It is constant-temperature and easy-operating. WHD
Series of hot dog warmer is with comprehensive functions and high
quality, therefore, it is the best choice for the hotels, restaurants,
and west-style food shops, etc.
II. Structure Specialty:
1. The hot dog warmer combined with warming cabinet, not only
cook the hot dog, but also warm the food in the warming cabinet,
content the user’s much more need.
2. There is thermostat which can be adjusted to the temperature
range that user needs. The thermostat is no subsection time,
please adjust it by your need.
3. Can place 1/1, 1/2, 1/3 or other kinds of food pans, easy to clean.
4. It is made by quality stainless steel, good-looking and useful,
clean and healthful.
5. The circuit component is in the different layer with the heating
element, so as to prolong the circuit component’s usage life.

IV. Operating Instruction:
Before use, please check whether the voltage of power supply is in
conformity with the machine’s voltage, and whether user’s power
switch and fuse are in conformity with the request of the machine’s
power .The machine’s body must be earthed properly. It is forbidden
to put the tinder and explosive object near the machine. And keep it
in the environment with the superior ventilation system.

Usage point instruction：
Warning—avoiding burning, electric shock, fire, and hurt, please pay
attention to the following:
1. Please read all of the instruction before use the hot dog warmer
with cabinet.
2. Keep the children away when use the machine.
3. Do not use the machine when it works abnormally or is damaged.
4. Do not use or place the machine outdoor.
5. Do not place the power cord or plug in the water.
6. Keep the power cord away from the hot place.
7. Do not remove the side board and bottom board of the machine.
8. Do not put and heat any sealed food in the warming cabinet, this
machine can’t keep such kind of food in proper temperature, so it
may lead to the health hurt.

Earth instruction：
This machine must be with safe earthing, if the power is short circuit,
the earth can avoid electric shock.

Operating steps：
1. Place the machine firmly, the switch must be adjusted to
“OFF”, and the thermostat must be adjust to “Zero”.
2. Connect the power and press the button “on”, then the
indication light is on. Adjust working temperature to required
one by clockwise. Now working light is on yellow, the heating
tube is working. When the temperature reaches the top, then
the thermostat will cut off the power, and the thermostat will
get through the power automatically again when the
temperature is down, then the heating tube is working again.
But please remember the temperature of tube must be in the
asked range.
3. Place the hot dog between the rollers.
4. Use Wooden nips or bamboo nips to pick the food out when
the hot dog is ok, do please avoid to use sharp metal to roll
up or take out the food, otherwise, it will hurt the spray
painting of heating roller.
5. Using the warming cabinet, please adjust the thermostat to
proper temperature by clockwise, then the indicator is on and
the heating element starts to work. When the temperature is
up to the fixed temperature, the thermostat will cut off the
power, and indicator will be off, the heating element will stop
working. When the heating element’s temperature is down,
the thermostat will connect the power again, the heating

element will heat again, so as to keep the temperature around
the fixed temperature.
6. Turn the power as “OFF” if you want to stop its operating.
V. Repair and Maintenance:
1. Please cut off the power before clean the machine, and clean it
by soft, dry cloth. If necessary, please use neuter washing
material, it is forbidden to use sharp metal, so as not to hurt the
spray painting of heating roller.
2. Please regularly check the machine to keep it normally used.
3. If the electric component, or the power cord is damaged, the
repairmen must be done by the professional electrician.
4. Do not wash the machine directly by water.
Breakdown and Elimination:
