Selecting t he Map Position

Click Map Database. All maps will automatically be installed to the C:\Program

Using the RPM Range Dials

The Low, Mid, and High RPM Dials refer to the RPM range, in thirds, of your
vehicl e. Each dial al l ows +/- 10% fuel adj ustment on top of what fuel changes ar e
done in the map. With t he dial facing straight up, there is no additi onal fuel change.
For example, i f your vehi cl e r evs to 15,000 RPM:

• the low RPM dial will adjust 0-5000 RPM

• the mid RPM dial wil l adjust 5001-10000 RPM

• the high RPM dial wil l adjust 10001-15000 RPM

1 Insert the CD provided into your computer ’s cd-rom dri ve. The launch program

will run automatically.
If auto-run is disabled, double-click the My Computer icon then double-click the
CD drive icon. Double-click TBR Top Tune.exe to manually start the CD.

2 Click Install Software and foll ow the on-screen instructions to install the Top

Tune sof t ware. The Top Tune softwar e and maps wi ll be st ored i n C: \Program

Loading Additional Maps

1 Connect the USB cabl e fr om the comput er t o the Juice Box Pro. Veri f y the cable

is full y seated in the Juice Box Pro.

Alt ering M aps Using Top Tune

The values in t he map r epresent a percent age of fuel change over st ock. A value of
10 in the map indicates at that throttl e position and RPM range the vehicle wil l be

have the ability to fine tune your fuel curve by altering t hese values. The Top Tune
sof t ware allows a val ue of +250 t o -100 i n each cel l .

1. Remove the main seat and the passenger seat.

2. Remove the plastic covers from both sides of the fuel tank.

3. Remove the fuel tank.

4. Remove the airbox.

The bottom clamps of the airbox can be loosened by accessing them throug the
hole in the frame (Fig. A).

5. Using the supplied Velcro, secure the JBP in the tail section (Fig. B).

6. Route the JBP harness down the left hand side of the frame going towards the throttle

7. Attach the ground wire of the JBP to the negative side of the battery.

8. Unplug the stock wiring harness from each of the fuel injectors (Fig. C).

Be sure to clean both surfaces with the alcohol swab before attaching

bodies.

9. Plug the JBP wiring harness in-line of the fuel injector and the stock wiring harness (Fig. D).

The ORANGE colored wires of the JBP go to the #1 (LEFT) cylinder.

10. Unplug the stock wiring harness from the primary Throttle Position Sensor (Fig. E).

11. Plug the JBP wiring harness in-line of the stock wiring harness and TPS (Fig. F).

12. Reinstall the fuel tank.

The TPS connector is located on the right side of the throttle bodies. This is the
BLACK connector, do NOT connect to the GREY connector.
