Operating Manual for BSX
Introduction
The Big Subwoofer eXtender (BSX) is equipped with two powerful 21" drivers, with a peak power of 10 kW per driver, this loudspeaker is able to reproduce an exceptionally solid low frequency foundation. Thanks to the unique TW AUDiO hybrid enclosure principle, maximum efficiency is achieved so that the acoustic energy is produced over a greater distance than conventional subwoofers.
The BSX loudspeaker is primarily utilized as low frequency bass enhancement with other subwoofer loudspeakers and can described as a ULF / Infra product. That said, due to the BSX hybrid design and the extremely strong, yet light membranes, frequencies up to 120 Hz are reproduced with exceptional transient response and in high fidelity. This means the BSX loudspeaker can be operated in two modes or “Infra-bass/UltraLow Frequency” or as a standard “Sub”. Therefore, it can also be combined directly with the M, T, C or VERA systems.
