1. The T.JACKET is a mobile smart vest designed to help calm and comfort individuals when they experience anxiety, distraction and agitation due to sensory overload (hereinafter “the Product”). It does this by providing dynamic hug-like pressure. It is controlled using a simple smartphone application. The smartphone application wirelessly controls the inflation of the jacket. Air pockets in the jacket lining inflate and apply pressure on the body. T.Jacket also has embedded motion sensors that detect activity levels and uses a web based system that tracks and analyzes sensor data.
2. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Product. By using the Product, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions as modified from time to time.

Proper Use
4. The Product is intended only for mobile deep pressure therapy. It cannot replace medical treatment. Do not use the Product if any of the following warnings apply to you:
WARNING
Use of the Product is prohibited in the following cases:
Doctor(s) advise against it. Please consult your doctor if you are in doubt as to whether or not you should use this Product;
Without prior proper training on the use of the Product;
On children below 3 years old;
On children below 12 years old without adult supervision;
On persons of diminished mental capacity without adult
supervision;
On animals;
On persons suffering from a herniated disk or from
abnormal changes to the vertebrae;
To massage the heart region of persons fitted with a pacemaker or similar device;
On swollen, burned, inflamed or otherwise damaged skin or body parts;
On lacerated wounds, capillaries, varicose veins, acne, couperose, herpes or other skin diseases;
Pregnancy;
On the face, eyes, larynx or on other particularly sensitive
parts of the body;

After taking medication or consuming alcohol or other forms of reduced levels of awareness.
Users with serious respiratory and breathing issues (e.g. Asthma, Bronchitis);
Users with serious blood flow related conditions or diseases (e.g. blood clots, arteries blockage, hypertension, low blood pressure, etc).

Safety Information
5. Please read these operating instructions carefully. Failure to follow the instructions and safety precautions below can lead to personal injury or material damage or death. Please pass on this information together with the Product if you pass it on.
WARNING
We recommend that pressure should not be applied
continuously beyond a period of 20 min at a time.
We recommend an interval of at least 2 hours between
each session of use of the Product.
The suitable period of pressure application may vary for each
individual. If you are unsure about how pressure should be applied please consult an occupational therapist.

WARNING
DO NOT remove the lithium-ion battery from the T.Jacket.
The lithium-ion battery in T.Jacket should be replaced only by T.Ware or a T.Ware authorized service provider.
Use only the power adapter that is compatible to this product
and complies to International Standard for Safety of Information Technology Equipment (IEC 60950-1).
Switch off the product before cleaning or charging it. There is
a risk of electric shock or fire if you fail to comply with these instructions;
DO NOT attempt to repair or modify the Product. Repairs or
modification to the Product must only be carried out by qualified persons. Incorrect repairs can lead to substantial danger. Please contact us or our authorized dealer for repairs;
Keep children away from packaging materials. There is a risk
of suffocation;
In the event of malfunction, switch the Product off
immediately;
ENSURE that the battery and electronics unit do not come
into contact or are immersed in water. DO NOT bathe, shower, swim or otherwise immerse yourself in water while using the Product. There is a risk of electrocution. If the battery and electronics unit come into contact with water, dry it immediately with a soft, lint-free cloth;
If you experience pain while using the Product, please stop
use immediately and consult your doctor;
Use the Product only for its intended use and in accordance
with the user manual. We cannot be held liable for damage occurring as a result of inappropriate or careless use.

CAUTION
DO NOT subject the Product to excessive force, shock, dust,
temperature or humidity;
DO NOT place or rest heavy objects on the Product;
DO NOT tamper with the Product’s internal components.
This invalidates the warranty;
DO NOT insert any objects into openings on the device and
never insert anything into the rotating parts. Make sure that all moving parts can move freely at all times; DO NOT place the Product on easily damaged surfaces;
AVOID contact with sharp or pointed objects;
ENSURE that the Product is not too close to heat sources
such as ovens and radiators;
DO NOT use abrasive or corrosive materials to clean the
Product.

Regulatory Compliance
FCC Compliance Statement
This equipment has been tested and found to comply with the limits for a Class B digital device, pursuant to part 15 of the FCC rules. These limits are designed to provide reasonable protection against harmful interference in a residential installation. This equipment generates, uses and can radiate radio frequency energy and, if not installed and used in accordance with the instructions, may cause harmful interference to radio communications. However, there is no guarantee that interference will not occur in a particular installation. If this equipment does cause harmful interference to radio or television reception, which can be determined by turning the equipment off and on, the user is encouraged to try to correct the interference by one or more of the following measures:
-Reorient or relocate the receiving antenna.
-Increase the separation between the equipment and receiver.
-Connect the equipment into an outlet on a circuit different from that
to which the receiver is connected.
-Consult the dealer or an experienced radio/TV technician for help.
To assure continued compliance, any changes or modifications not expressly approved by the party Responsible for compliance could void the user’s authority to operate this equipment. (Example- use only shielded interface cables when connecting to computer or peripheral devices).

This equipment complies with Part 15 of the FCC Rules. Operation is subject to the following two conditions:
(1) This device may not cause harmful interference, and
(2) This device must accept any interference received, including interference that may cause undesired operation.
RF warning statement:
The device has been evaluated to meet general RF exposure requirement. The device can be used in portable exposure condition without restriction.
CAUTION
The manufacturer is not responsible for any radio or TV interference caused by unauthorized modifications to this equipment. Such modifications could void the user authority to operate the equipment.

1 YEAR WARRANTY STATEMENT
6. In relation to each Product, we warrant to you as customer that for a period of one (1) year from the date of delivery of such Product by way of shipment (“Warranty Period”):
(A) Products manufactured by us shall be free from defects in
materials and workmanship; and
(B) software provided by us in connection with such Products
shall operate in accordance with applicable specifications when used with such Products.
7. If defects in materials or workmanship are discovered within the applicable Warranty Period as set out above, T.WARE shall, at its option and cost in the case of defective software or Product, either repair or replace the software or Product.
8. Notwithstanding any other provision to the contrary contained in these Terms and Conditions, the warranties contained in the Warranty Statement (set out at Clause 7 above) are the only warranties which applies to the Products and no other warranties whether statutory, written, oral, express, implied, including without limitation the warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, or otherwise, shall apply. Unless otherwise provided for, any specifications attached to or furnished with the Products sold are descriptive and not intended as warranties. While we strive to ensure that accurate and current information about Products and services is displayed on the T.JACKET Website, we disclaim all warranties, express and implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, safety, quality, fitness for a specific purpose, and non-infringement, to the full extent permissible by applicable law, save for the warranties contained in the Warranty Statement (set out at Clause 7 above). In similar vein, you hereby agree that your continued use of the Website constitutes the exclusion of the

sale of goods legislation in Singapore, and you agree to unconditionally and specifically exclude all implied terms that would normally apply in the sale of goods legislation including but not limited to implied terms on merchantability, fitness for purpose, title and other terms normally implied under such legislation.
9. Following delivery of the Products, the remedies specified in the warranties contained in the Warranty Statement (set out at Clause 7 above) shall constitute your sole remedies of you as purchaser and/or user of the Products and the sole liability of us as seller and our subcontractors with respect to such Products, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, and any such liability shall terminate upon the expiration of the Warranty Period specified in the Warranty Statement (set out at Clause 7 above).
10. In no event shall we as seller or our subcontractors have any liability to you as buyer and/or user of the Product, whether as a result of breach of contract, tort liability (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, and whether arising before or after delivery of the Product, for any special, indirect, incidental, consequential, exemplary or penal loss or damage of any nature whatsoever, including without limitation, opportunity cost, damage to or loss of use of plant or equipment, expenses involving interest charges or cost of capital, loss of profits or revenues, cost of substitute equipment, facilities or services, cost of purchased or replacement power (including additional expenses incurred in using existing power facilities), or claims of your customers.
11. In no event shall the liability of us as seller and our subcontractors for damages arising out or connected with the performance, design, manufacture, sale, resale, delivery, installation, use, operation, maintenance, or repair of the Products, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, exceed the purchase price of such Product.

12. The warranties contained in the Warranty Statement (set out at Clause 7 above) does not cover damage to Products which has been altered or modified without our written permission or damage which has been caused by abuse, misuse, accident, neglect or unusual physical or electrical stress, as determined by our Service Personnel.
13. We are under no obligation to provide warranty service if adjustment or repair is required because of damage caused by other than ordinary use or if the equipment is serviced or repaired, or if an attempt is made to service or repair the equipment, by other than our Service Personnel without our prior approval.
14. We are not responsible for damage sustained in transit. You should examine shipments upon receipt for evidence of damage caused in transit. If damage is found, notify us and the carrier immediately. Keep all packages, materials and documents, including the freight bill, invoice and packing list.
Limitation of Liability
15. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event will T.WARE be liable for any indirect, special, consequential, incidental, punitive or exemplary damages (including but not limited to loss of business, loss of revenue, loss of profits, loss of goodwill, lost opportunity, business interruption, or loss of information) arising out of your use of the Product, whether or not we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
16. Except in the case of death or personal injury caused by T.WARE’s negligence, and notwithstanding the other provisions of the Terms and Conditions, T.WARE is found to be liable to you for any damage or loss which arises out of or is in any way connected with your use of the Products, T.WARE’s liability shall

in no event exceed the purchase price of the Products purchased by you.
Modification of Terms and Conditions
17. Notwithstanding any term to the contrary contained within these Terms and Conditions, we may modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice, and we may notify you by means of a general e-mail or a notice posted on the T.JACKET Website. The latest version of the Terms and Conditions shall supercede and replace all previous versions. Your continued use of your T.JACKET account, the T.JACKET Website and/or the Products (regardless of whether modifications are posted or not) will constitute and shall be deemed your valid acceptance of the modified terms and conditions.
Assignment or Transfer
18. You may not re-sell or transfer ownership of the Products without prior written consent from T.WARE. Please pass on Safety Information together with the Product if we consent to the re-sale or transfer of your ownership of the Product.
