[ INTRODUCTION]
The pipe inspection syst em is a po wer ful set o f tools that helps you locat e and diagnose problems in a pipeline
system.
The s ystem is widely us ed in inspections o f Sew er, central air condit ioning, chimney, plumbing, building, c able pipe
and pipes ventilation syst ems and other places.

Precautions
Read all safety w arnings and instructions. Failure t o follow warnings and instructions may result in elec tric
shock, re and/or serious injury.
1. Save this operation manual for future re ferenc e.
2. Do not operate this device in explosive atmospheres, such as in the presence of ammable liquids, gases, hazardous
chemicals, superheated liquid or heavy dust. It may create spark s which may ignite the dust or fumes.
3. The camer a head and the push c able are water proof, how ever, the battery pack, DVR and c onnecter cable ar e not. Do
not expose them t o water or r ain. This incr eases the risk of electric al shock.
4. Avoid using the device in environments of extr eme cold, heat or humidity as it ma y damage the device.
5. Do not dr op or pr ess hard on the device.
6. Always backup y our data bef ore c onnecting your SD memor y card to this system. The manufactur er is not r esponsible for
any data o f damage on your SD memory c ard f or any reason.
7. Do not disconnect the unit while rec ording or playing back. It may damage the unit and/or the SD memory car d.
8. Only qualied person are allow ed to repair this device. Service or maintenanc e performed by unqualied person could
result in in jury.
9. Do not use this device in places where there is high voltage equipment. The device doesn’t contain high voltage protection
and isolation.
10. Check or maintain this device regularly, repair it or replace new par ts if there is any damage.

Application
Suitable for pipes at diameter of 25mm-200mm. Ability to go through 90° bend places with diameter at 50mm.
Know Your Tool
The pipe inspec tion system includes the f ollowing f our main parts: Camera head, c able r eel, battery pack and
DVR.
The c amera head includes 12 high-light white LEDs and a highly scratch-resistant sapphire lens cover; this
coupled with stainless steel housing allow the camera to withstand repeated hits in various pipes.
Flexible stainless steel spring and associat ed c omponents make the camera head possible to go through bend
pipes. Also the cable reel is mounted and r otatable in the case theref ore the berglass rod cable can be pushed
in and out without the need to hold the r eel. Further, the bat ter y pack pr ovides power supply f or the syst em
and the DVR monitor c an recor d video and take photos.
