Note: This operation may require 2 people
1. Remove all packaging from umbrella, Remove Deck Mount from mast and install in desired location.
2. Once deck mount is installed place umbrella in it and tighten star-knob.
Make sure lock spring pin is in base slot which secures umbrella in place (see FIG A).

3. Gently separate each rib individually from center post, approximately 11 inches.
If rib does not move easily, do not force. Inspect product for additional packaging.
4. Gently slide main hub handle up center pole until clip bracket engages to slot (see FIG C).
5. To close umbrella press down clip bracket (see FIG D) to unlock from slot, then
slide down gently.
6. Close umbrella during wind conditions that exceed manufacturer's specifications.
7. To remove umbrella from base press lock spring pin inward (see FIG E) and turn pole so that the spring
pin recess under base surface, then pull umbrella upward.
