Allgemeines

Die TUNZE

Rückförderpumpen Silence und Silence PRO vereinen alle Vorteile, die man sich von modernen und kraftvollen Universalpumpen für Meer- und Süßwasseraquarien wünschen kann:

Sehr leiser Lauf, Rotor mit Hochleistungsmagnet aus einem Teil, vollkeramik gelagert (ausser Silence

1073.008). Sehr geringer Energieverbrauch, Motorwicklung mit

Schutzthermostat. Regelbare Leistung (ausser Silence PRO),

ergonomisches Design, GAS oder NPT Gewinde, anschließbar an PVC Rohre z.B für Kalkreaktoren, Filter, etc.

Stabiler Sitz durch vier integrierte Sauger / Silikonfüsse. Einsatz im Wasser oder außerhalb des Wassers (1). Bei der Herstellung von diesen Pumpen wird besonders

auf die Qualität für einen wartungsarmen Dauerlauf über viele Jahre geachtet.

Gebaut nach den strengsten internationalen Sicherheitsnormen.

Les pompes TUNZE® Silence et Silence PRO réunissent en un même concept tous les avantages que l’on puisse espérer d’une pompe universelle moderne et puissante pour aquariums d’eau douce et d’eau de mer :

Fonctionnement très silencieux, rotor hauteperformance en une seule pièce, axe et palier céramique (sauf pour Silence 1073.008).

Consommation d’énergie très basse, moteur protégé par thermostat.

Débit réglable (sauf Silence PRO), design

ergonomique, raccords avec letage GAS ou NPT pour l’utilisation de pièces PVC, réacteurs, ltres, etc.

Assise stable grâce à quatre ventouses / pieds silicone.

Utilisation en immersion ou externe (1). Une attention toute particulière a été portée à la qualité

thermostat. Variable performance (except Silence PRO), ergonomic

design, GAS or NPT thread, plug-compatible with PVC

pipes, such as for calcium reactors, lters, et cetera.

Stable mounting ensured by four integrated suction silicone cups.

Use in submerse or external (1). In the production of these pumps, we have paid

Sicherheitshinweise

Pumpe nicht ohne Wasser in Betrieb nehmen. Pumpe mit 2 m PVC Kabel nur im Aquarium einsetzen,

der Betrieb im Freien ist nur mit 10 m Gummikabel zulässig (1).

Pumpe darf nicht in Schwimmbecken eingesetzt werden. Vor Inbetriebnahme prüfen, ob Betriebsspannung mit

Netzspannung übereinstimmt. Um Wasserschäden an den Steckern zu vermeiden,

sollte sich der Netzstecker möglichst höher als die

Anlage benden (2).

Betrieb nur mit FI- Schutzschalter, max. 30 mA. Vor dem Arbeiten im Aquarium, alle eingesetzten

Elektrogeräte vom Netz trennen. Beschädigtes Netzkabel nicht reparieren, sondern die

Pumpe komplett erneuern. Aquarienwasser- Temperatur max. +35°C (3).

Sécurité d’utilisation

Ne pas faire fonctionner la pompe sans eau. Les pompes avec câble PVC 2 m doivent être utilisées en

habitations (1). Un fonctionnement hors habitation n’est autorisé qu’avec des pompes à câble caoutchouc 10 m.

Les pompes ne sont pas autorisées pour un fonctionnement en piscines.

Avant toute mis en service, vériez que la tension

d’alimentation de la pompe corresponde bien à celle du réseau électrique.

An d’empêcher tout dégât d’eau au niveau des

raccordements électriques, les prises d’alimentation secteur doivent se situer plus haut que l’installation (2).

Utilisation avec disjoncteur différentiel 30 mA max. Avant toute intervention dans l’aquarium, débranchez

l’ensemble des appareillages électriques. N’essayez pas de réparer un câble de pompe mais

remplacez tout le bloc-moteur. Température max. de l’eau véhiculée : +35°C (3).

Safety instructions

Do not operate pumps without water. Use pump with a 2 m (78 in.) cable in an aquarium only;

outdoor operation is permissible only with a 10 m (393 in.) rubber cable (1).

The pump must not be used in a swimming pool. Prior to initial operation, please check whether the

operating voltage corresponds to the mains voltage available.

In order to avoid water damage in the plugs, the mains

plug should be tted at a higher lever than the unit (2).

Operation is permitted only with a residual-current-

operated circuit-breaker tted, max. 30 mA.

Before working in the aquarium, please make sure that all electric units used have been disconnected from the mains.

Do not repair a damaged mains cable, but replace the pump completely.

Temperature of the aquarium water: maximum +35° Celsius (95° F) (3).

Gesamte Aquarienanlage nicht unbeaufsichtigt betreiben! Gebrauchsanleitung gut aufbewahren. Dieses Gerät ist für Benutzer (einschl. Kinder) mit

eingeschränkten physischen, sensorischen oder psychischen Fähigkeiten bzw. ohne jegliche Erfahrung oder Vorwissen nur dann geeignet, wenn eine angemessene Aufsicht oder ausführliche Anleitung zur Benutzung des Gerätes durch eine verantwortliche Person sichergestellt ist.

Achten Sie darauf, dass Kinder nicht mit dem Gerät spielen (5).

TUNZE

Netzteile sind für einen Betrieb im Freien nicht

zulässig (1) Um Wasserschäden zu vermeiden, sollte sich das

Netzteil möglichst weit weg von der Aquarien-Anlage

benden.

Betrieb nur mit FI- Schutzschalter, max. 30mA. Vor dem Hantieren im Aquarium, alle eingesetzten

Elektrogeräte vom Netz trennen. Beschädigtes Netzkabel nicht reparieren, sondern

komplett erneuern. Der Anschluss an Fremdgeräte (2), z.B. elektronische

Schalter oder Drehzahlsteuergeräte ist unzulässig!

The plug and the adjusting screw on the pump cable are sensitive to water and may cause a pump failure in case of water damage !

The operation of Silence 1073.05 is permissible only with the original TUNZE

power supply unit.

Mount the power supply unit in a dry and well-ventilated position only.

Do not mount in the vicinity of heat sources (3). Ambient temperature during operation: 0° Celsius (32°

F) to +35° Celsius (95° F) Ambient humidity during operation: 30% - 90% Storage temperature: -25° Celsius (-13° F) to +80°

Vorbereitung der Pumpe

Silence

Montieren der Sauger Sauger wie auf der Abbildung in die Öffnung pressen

und gleichzeitig drehen (1). Nach einer Umdrehung ist der Sauger komplett verriegelt.

Montieren der Schlauchstützen Je nach Bedarf können die Schlauchstützen am Eingang

oder am Ausgang der Pumpe montiert werden. Dafür Schlauchstütze bis auf Anschlag in Uhrzeigersinn drehen (2).

Einstellung der Leistung Die Leistung der Pumpe kann je nach Bedarf auch

während dem Lauf eingestellt werden (3). Anfängliche Laufgeräusche der Pumpe verringern sich

nach ein bis zwei Wochen Einlaufzeit.

Silence PRO

Füße wie auf der Abbildung in die Öffnung schieben (4). Je nach Bedarf kann die Schlauchstütze (5) oder das

Ansauggehäuse (6) (optional) am Eingang der Pumpe montiert werden. Dafür Schlauchstütze bis auf Anschlag in Uhrzeigersinn drehen.

Montage des ventouses Pressez et tournez simultanément la ventouse dans

l’ouverture prévue, comme indiqué sur la vue (1). Après un tour de rotation, la ventouse est verrouillée.

Montage des raccords En fonction de l’utilisation de la pompe, les raccords

de tuyaux peuvent être montés en entrée ou en sortie de pompe. Pour cela, vissez les raccords dans le sens horaire jusqu’à butée (2).

Réglage du débit Le débit de la pompe est réglable en fonction du besoin

et même durant son fonctionnement (3). Les bruits de pompe à la mise en service se réduisent

très sensiblement après une à deux semaines de fonctionnement.

Silence PRO

Insérez les pieds silicone comme sur la gure (4).

En fonction de l’utilisation de la pompe, les raccords de tuyaux (5) ou le corps d’aspiration (6) (en option) peuvent être montés en entrée de pompe. Les raccords sont à visser dans le sens horaire jusqu’à butée.

Mounting the suction cups Press the suction into the opening as shown in the

illustration, and turn at the same time (1). After one turn the suction cup is completely sealed.

Mounting the hose supports As needed, the hose supports can be mounted at the

inlet or outlet of the pump. For this purpose turn the hose support clockwise up to stop (2).

Silence / Silence PRO as high-pressure pumps

Silence / Silence PRO pumps have been designed especially for the operation as a recirculation pump for

aquarium lters with a high water column. They are ideal, if the lter system is situated below the aquarium or in

the cellar even and the aquarium is in the living room, for example (1). The water column (Hmax.) indicated can be doubled very easily for every pump by means of a standard installation: For this purpose two similar pumps are used (here two Silence PRO)(2). The output of one pump should be connected up to the input of the other pump (3); for this purpose use the hose connections (4) / (5) supplied. Die Silence electronic 1073.05 ist mit einem elektronischen Motor ausgestattet. Die Pumpe kann damit bei jeder Gleichstromquelle (Batterie, Solarzellen) von 10 bis 24V betrieben werden. Für einen sicheren Anschluss an der Pumpe empfehlen wir den Turbelle

Safety Connector 6105.500 (1), der eine 4A-Sicherung enthält. Der Safety Connector ermöglicht den normalen Betrieb mit dem TUNZE® Netzteil (2), schaltet jedoch bei Stromausfall selbsttätig eine Batterie (3) oder eine Gleichstromquelle zu. Es sollte immer auf eine optimale Betriebsbereitschaft der Batterie durch ein handelsübliches Ladegerät geachtet werden. Blei-KFZStarterbatterien sind in Wohnräumen unzulässig!

Other power supply units for Silence electronic 1073.050 – safety connector

Silence electronic 1073.05 is a pump with an electronic motor. Thus, it can be operated on any direct-current source (battery, solar cells) from 10 V to 24 V. For a safe connection of the pump, we recommend the Turbelle

safety connector 6105.500 (1), which contains a 4 amps fuse. The safety connector permits normal operation with the TUNZE® power supply unit (2), but in case of a power failure it will automatically switch over to a battery (3) or a direct-current source. Always ensure a correct charge condition of the battery by using a commercially available charger. Indoor use of lead starter batteries for cars is inadmissible!

Never connect the Turbelle

stream 6105, 6155 and 6255 to a battery or a direct-current source directly and without fuse.

Maximum direct-current source permissible 27.5 Volt (cut-off limit); above 45 Volt the electronic system will be destroyed.

Taste „food timer“ (1) Die Taste „food timer“ schaltet die Pumpe aus und ein,

d.h. die Fische können in Ruhe das Futter aufnehmen, nach ca. 10 Minuten schaltet die Pumpe automatisch wieder ein, wenn sie nicht durch erneutes Drücken der „food timer“- Taste manuell aktiviert wurde.

Einstellknopf „main power“ (2) Die Hauptleistung der Pumpe kann mit diesem

Einstellknopf eingestellt werden.

Abstecken des Pumpenkabels

Im Controller kann das Pumpenkabel für Installationszwecke abgesteckt werden:

The Turbelle

controller is a device which is used to set the variable pump performance and it is equipped with a food timer.

Short description of the display

Button „food timer“ (1) The „food timer“ button switches the pump off and on,

allowing the sh to feed in peace and quiet, whereas the

pump will automatically switch on again after approx. 10 minutes unless the „food timer“ was manually activated through an actuation of the respective button.

Control knob „main power“ (2) The main performance of the pump can be adjusted with

this control knob.

Detaching the pump cable

For installation purposes, the pump cable can be detached from the controller:

Remove the setting buttons with a small at-head

screwdriver (3). Remove both screws on the rear side of the housing (4). Remove the plug from the circuit board, and reattach it

after the successful installation (5).

Servicing / disassembly

Silence

Thoroughly clean the complete pump and the drive assembly in regular intervals, at least once a year. In case of unfavourable conditions, such as high lime content, a lot of mud or failures, shorter intervals may be necessary.

Remove the suction housing (1). Turn the housing locking bar counter-clockwise and

remove (2). Remove the impeller cover (3) and take out the drive (4).

Danger of breaking ! The ceramic shaf t is sensitive to impact and rupture, and draws to the inside due to its magnetic action =

snap e󰀨ect. For this reason, remove gently.

If the drive unit cannot be moved any more due to liming or dried soiling, do not use force ! Place the pump or drive in a diluted vinegar or citric acid solution for about 24 hours.

Entretien / Démontage

Silence

Nettoyez régulièrement la pompe et l’entraînement de la pompe, au moins 1 x par an. Lors de conditions d’utilisation sévères, par ex. une eau très calcaire ou une forte présence de mucus, nous conseillons des nettoyages plus fréquents.

Démontez le corps d’aspiration (1). Retirez le verrouillage de la chambre de turbine en

tournant dans le sens antihoraire (2). Déposez le couvercle de turbine (3) et retirez

l’entraînement (4).

Attention, risques de bris ! L’axe en céramique est sensible aux chocs, la puissance magnétique développe une forte attraction vers le bloc-moteur. A extraire avec précaution.

Si l’entraînement devait être bloqué en raison d’une

calcication ou d’impuretés sèches : ne pas forcer!

Immergez la pompe ou l’entraînement de pompe durant env. 24 heures dans une solution à base de vinaigre.

par l’eau), les modications techniques effectuées par

l’acheteur ou le raccordement à des appareillages non recommandés par le fabricant. Le fabricant se réserve le droit d’effectuer des

modications techniques, en particulier dans le domaine

de la sécurité et du progrès technique.
