Alarm Functions
Answering a call
• Answer and listen.
• Press * to speak to resident.
• To hear alarm again press 5#.
• Press 0# to clear connection.
• Press 0# again to disconnect from
Communicall.
Calling a Speech Module
• Call Communicall, then resident’s
speech module.
• Press ‘*’ key and speak.

Functions Using Communicall’s
Telephone Exchange
Calling Wardens & External Numbers
Dial warden’s number (9 for an outside
line). No alarm calls can be received
during call.
Transferring Calls
Press the ‘R’ key and dial wardens
Number. Once answered hang-up.
Diverting Zones
Press , then # followed by extension
number to divert, press 1 and hangup. To stop diversion enter …#<your
own extension>0 .
Programming Terminal
• Must be plugged in at all times in a
place where it will be heard.
• Used for Communicall programming
operations.
Locking the phone
• To lock press MENU and then *.
• To unlock press MENU and *.
