The Magic Plastic Knife Specialty：

operating essentials.
1.Be sure to use the company’s blade, in order to ensure
equipment will be safe, and efficient use. Do not use the blade
outside of the company, for the similar material blade may not
adapt to this equipment, and lest it will bring you the damage to
equipment and property loss.
2.This product is generally more sharper than common tools,
special attention should be paid to safety when using, and it is
recommended to wear safety helmet and gloves for protection.
3.Replace the blade, be sure to switch off the host back, and then
replace the blade action, in order to avoid power operation danger!
4.When Cutting, do not keep the blade stay in one place long time .
Otherwise, it could lead to melt or char, rather than cutting things.
5.Circuit Protection, the host set the automatic temperature
protection system, when the host inside reaches 70 °, circuit
protection system will automatically start, the host needs to
continue to be used after about 10 minutes to cool.

Operation:
1.Remove the blade and wrench needed.
2.Place the blade into the handle of the fixture, with the wrench.
①Please note that the consistent direction of the blade and the
handle switch, to avoid anti-loaded blade.
②Put the blade into the bottom of fixture to prevent loose during
use, as well as to maximize its effectiveness.
③Fix the blade with wrench, you can not wring once in the end,
many times the appropriate efforts to tighten (use excessive force
to tighten the screws will reduce the life of the screws and clamps).
3.Use the cable to connect the host with handle.
4.Please turn pressure adapter into a power strip, then the mains
plug to turn pressure adapter (220V to 110V adapter must be used,
otherwise it will burn).
5.Open the computer back power switch, power indicator lights.
6.Hold the handle, hold a finger switch on the handle (handle lights
up), the alignment of the parts to be cut, cut, release the switch is
stopped.
7.Cutting Tips:
①knife in the head as possible to cut plastic, head of the most
sharp.
②If the blade stuck in the plastic housing is not convenient pull out,
hold the handle on the key, this will be very easy to pull out.
③Intermittent use will not cause the handle heat, such as a long
time (about 10 minutes) of continuous use could cause the handle
fever,and it is a normal phenomenon, just off the host switch, wait
the handle about 10 minutes to cool, you can continue to use. If
they continue to work in the case of heat ,it can cause burns, but
also to damage the handpiece.

1.Blade clamp and tighten the screws
①After the blade clamp and tighten the screws to be dirty, a
thorough cleaning, or replacement of parts.
②Blade clamp and tighten the screws are consumables. If you are
still unable to ultrasonic vibration after cleaning, replace the parts.
2.The tool jack
①Periodically with a cotton swab and so remove the dirt inside the
tool jack.
②After service must check whether the blade fixing screws tighten.
