• 5/16” and 3/8” sockets and ratchet or nut driver
• May need additional tools if installing other Command Center components or accessories
ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS:
ATTENTION:
• THIS CONSOLE WAS DESIGNED FOR A STOCK OEM VEHICLE OR OEM FLEET VEHICLE, ANY
MODIFICATIONS SUCH AS ADDITIONAL EQUIPMENT OR OPTIONAL EQUIPMENT OR CONFIGURATIONS
MAY AFFECT THE FIT. CALL (970) 564-1762 WITH ANY QUESTIONS.
PLEASE READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS THOROUGHLY BEFORE STARTING INSTALLATION.
Note: The 198 Drink Holder is designed to be installed to other Command Center Console components. See
www.tuffyproducts.com for more information on the complete Command Center Console line.
1. IMPORTANT! Make sure the vehicle is parked on a flat surface, placed in park, and the emergency brake is activated.
2. The 198 Drink Holder is designed to be bolted to a 191 Command Center Console and/or a 194 Console Lock Box. See Fig.
2 and Fig. 3 for a view of a typical installation.

3. Install the Drink Holder (#1) to the rear of the console (#2) by inserting the hex bolts (#5.3) in through the sides of the Drink
Holder(#1), then through the mounting holes on the console (#2), then placing the washers (#5.2) and nuts (#5.1) on the hex
bolts (#5.3) as shown in Fig. 1. Note that there are two sets of holes that the drink holder can be installed in, a typical
installation will use the top holes so that the top edges of the drink holder and the console are flush. See Fig. 2 and Fig. 3.
4. Installation of the drink holder onto the 194 Console Lock Box is the same as to the 191 Communications Console. See Fig.
2 and Fig. 3. for typical installation.
