Miniature digital Recorder EDIC-mini Tiny16 S64
is a professional device intended for making high

quality record of voice messages into built-in ash

memory. The recordings can be further uploaded

onto the PC. The Recorder can be used as a ash

media to store and transfer data of any standards
(under “RecManager” control).

Recorder's Functional Testing

Starting Recording.

Shift “Rec-Stop” switch to “Rec” position. When
the Recorder starts recording, the LED ashes ve
times. While recording, the series of LED ashes

show battery charge and free memory size (for

more details see Instructions in the internal memory

of the Recorder). To stop recording switch “Rec-

Stop” to “Stop” position. When the recorder stops
recording, the LED ashes once. The duration of
the last ash depends on the recorder’s memory

size.

Playing back the Recording.

Connect USB cable to the Recorder, then to the
USB port of the PC. The system recognizes a new

storage device. Launch «RecManager.exe» from it.
The content of the Recorder is at the left side of the

window. Select the recording, right-click and select

“Copy from PC”. The recording will be converted to

WAV and after that it appears at the right side of the

window. To play back the recording left-click it twice.

To connect the Recorder off the PC connect

USB cable off the PC, after that connect it off the

Recorder.

Instructions.

Operating instructions for the Recorder and

“RecManager” are located in the internal memory
of the Recorder displayed in the storage device.

Battery Charging

Connect USB cable to the Recorder, then to the
USB connector of the PC. While charging, the
recorder’s LED is ashing gradually with a ve­second interval. When the rechargeable battery
is fully charged the LED ashes without intervals.
Connect the cable off the PC. After a short pause
the LED ashes one more time. The Recorder is

charged from sun light.

Attention! If you don’t use the Recorder for a long

time it is necessary to charge the battery at least
once in two months.
