Hydromist 35 User Guide

THIS USER GUIDE SHOULD ALWAYS BE USED IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE USER MANUAL

Fill the fresh water solution tank
with mixed water and approved
cleaning chemical according to the

chemical manufacturer’s

instructions.

Press and hold the solution switch

to apply the cleaning solution,
whilst pulling the machine slowly

backwards to clean the carpet.

Stop spraying the cleaning solution

about 30cm before the end of the
cleaning pass to ensure all
solution is vacuumed up.

Wheel the machine forward and

repeat, slightly overlapping the

previous pass. Do not clean any area

more than twice, or overwetting
could result in carpets shrinking.

Fully unwind the supply cord and

plug in to a convenient socket

outlet.

To lower the floating brush, press
the foot pedal.

Switch on the vacuum motor,

pump and brush switches.

After a few passes, check the

waste tank to see that no foam is
present. Add extra defoamer if

necessary.

Make sure to empty the recovery

tank when it is approximately ¾

full. Do not refill the solution tank

without emptying all the contents

of the recovery tank first.

When solution spray ceases the

solution tank is empty. Switch off
the machine, empty the recovery
tank and refill the solution tank.

If using these accessories, connect

the vacuum and solution hose to

the front of the machine.

Attach the upholstery tool to

both the vacuum and solution

hose on the other end.

There is an optional upholstery kit

and stair cleaning attachment

available.

3. Using the optional upholstery tools

Switch on the vacuum motor and
pump switch.

Operate the spray lever on the

handle to dispense the cleaning
solution whilst pulling the
upholstery tool or wand

backwards.
