This manual is intended for users of the TRUST AMI MOUSE 250S CORDLESS. This
mouse allows for cordless handling, by means of an infrared connection. The receiver
of the mouse can be connected to the PS/2 port of your computer. The mouse has
three buttons.
2 Safety
1. Do not use the device in damp environments, such as bathrooms, damp
basements, swimming pools, etc.
2. Do not attempt to repair the device yourself.
3. Under the following circumstances, have the device repaired by qualified
repair people:
a) The cable or plug is damaged or worn;
b) Liquid has entered the device;
c) The device has fallen and/or the casing has been damaged;
d) The device is definitely functioning worse.
4. Position the device in such a way that the cables cannot be damaged..
3 Installation
3.1 Batteries
Insert the batteries into your mouse in the following manner.
1. Open the battery cover at the bottom of the mouse.
2. Insert the batteries into the compartment. See Figure 1. The inside of the
mouse shows how the batteries are to be placed.
3. Now close the battery cover.

3.2 Connecting the mouse

3.3 Software Installation
1. Place the CD-ROM in your CD-ROM drive. The Installer will start up

b) Type [D:\SETUP.EXE] and click ‘OK’ in order to start up the Trust

4.2 Software
1. Double click the Trust icon in the system tray. See Figure 5.
2. The screen with the tab sheet ‘buttons’ will appear. See Figure 6.
