OPERATING MANUAL
ASSEMBLY
a) Consult your doctor, therapist or other qualified
professional to determine if this Rollator RG77 will suit your particular needs.
b) For proper positioning and use of your Rollator, imagine a
line drawn across the back of the Rear Wheels. Part of one
foot should always be slightly ahead of that line as you walk c) This rollator is for individual use only. d) Rollator is designed for indoor & outdoor use. e) Regularly check the brakes for proper operation. Pulling up
on the brake handle will slow the rollator. Pushing down
on the brake handle will lock the wheels. Pull up on the
brake handle to release the brake lock. (refer “BRAKE
USAGE” on page 2)
f) Do NOT use as a wheelchair or transport chair. g) Rollator must be fully opened and locked position
when being used as a walking aid.
h) Wear a proper shoes while using this rollator
i) Follow the instruction "OPENING/FOLDING" to fold or
unfold the rollator (refer page 2).
j) Do NOT sit on rollator and push yourself around using
your feet to propel. k) Do NOT stand on Seat . l) Before sitting on seat, be sure the rollator is fully
opened, and the brake is in the locked position. m) Do NOT use on stairs or escalators. n) Do NOT seat on the rollator if the ground is slopped
or uneven. o) Exercise caution when walking on sloped surfaces. p) Do not hang objects from the backstrap. q) Do not use if the rollator is not functioning properly. r) Maximum user weight 250lbs / 113kg . s) When storing/transporting your rollator do not
anything on the rollator, as damage may occur.
t) Make sure your finger are clear of the folding or
pinch point, whenever the product is fold or unfolded
Slide backstrap into the backrest connector. The padded side of the backstrap should face the inside of the rollator.
Secure the backstrap into position by tightening the screw and nut.
ATTENTION!
Ensure that all bolts are securely fastened before using this rollator!
Brakes must be in the parked /locked position before sitting on the rollator!
Rollator should be in the unfolded position before beginning.
Holding the ‘RED’ release lever in the open position. Slide the Brake handle into the frame. Rectangular slots on the brake handle tube should be facing

Set the desired handle height, and close the ‘RED’ release lever. The release lever should ‘click’ when locked into the closed position.
The consequences such an adjustment may have on the stability.
Loop the strap (velcro) around the frame and insert into wire tab
Firmly stick the strap

PRODUCT LABEL
TROLLI MASTER warrants the Journey (RG77) against defects in material and/or workmanship for a period of one year from date of purchase. Those items no warrantied are wear items, such as handgrips, brake cables, and wheels. TROLLI MASTER will not warranty the rollator if it has been damaged due to improper installation, modification, and/or misuse. Service/Labour charges are the discretion of the dealer, and are not the responsibility of Trolli Master. TROLLI MASTER’s sole liability extends to repair or replacement of parts or components as previously specified. The foregoing is in lieu of all warranties expressed, implied or statutory whether written or oral. TROLLI MASTER shall not be liable for any sequential or incidental damages whatsoever.
MAINTENANCE
a) Clean the rollator using mild soap and water. Wipe dry. b) Keep wheels clean. c) Check screws and handle height adjustments are tight. d) If your rollator is not working properly. Contact your dealer. e) DO NOT USE if the rollator is not functioning properly. f) Use only authorized parts/accessories with your rollator.
Pull up on brake handle to slow down or to release the parking brake.
Push down on brake handle to lock the brake into PARK.
Do not support your weight on the handle attempting to sit. Use the handles to stabilize your body as you carefully turn around. Keeps your hand on the handles and slowly lower your weight onto the seat
STORAGE AND TRANSPORATION
Fold your rollator for easier storage and transportation. Do not rest anything on your folded rollator when being stored or transported as damage may occur.

To Fold a rollator,
Turn counter clockwise to open secondary frame lock and then fold.
To Unfold a rollator,
Push down seat and activate the secondary frame lock (turn clockwise)
