1. SAFETY INSTRUCTION
WARNING :
To reduce the risk of serious injury, read the following safety instructions before using the TROJAN TOUR 400 BIKE.
1. Use the TROJAN TOUR 400 BIKE only on a level surface.
2. Keep children and pets away from this equipment at all times.
3. The TROJAN TOUR 400 BIKE should not be used by persons weighing more than 110kgs.
4. The TROJAN TOUR 400 BIKE should be used by only one person at a time.
5. Be careful to maintain your balance while using, mounting, dismounting, folding, unfolding or assembling the TROJAN
TOUR 400 BIKE, loss of balance may result in a fall and serious bodily injury.
6. Use the TROJAN TOUR 400 BIKE only as described in the manual.
7. Do not attempt to adjust the seat position while you are on the TROJAN TOUR 400 BIKE.
8. Before using this equipment to exercise, always do stretching exercises to properly warm up.
9. Always make sure all bolts and nuts are tightened prior to each use.

NOTE :
The described parts are all you need to assemble this machine.
Before starting assembly, please check the hardware packing to make sure they are included.

4. ASSEMBLY STEPS
STEP 01
• Attach the Front Stabilizers (2) and the Rear Stabilizer
(3) to the Main frame (1), then fasten with 4
Carriage Bolts (4).
STEP 02
• Be sure the Front Post Cover (10) is on the Front Post (5).
• Connect the Middle Computer Wire (6), by pulling the computer
wire through the Front Post (5) by using the string attached on the
front post.
• Connect the Lower Computer Wire (18) with Middle Computer
Wire (6).
• Insert the Front Post (5) into the Main frame (1), attaching with 4
Bolts (9) and Arch Washers (8).
CAUTION:
Ensure that cables are not damaged
during assembly or when tightening screws.
STEP 03
• Put the Handlebar (11) onto the bracket of Front Post
(5), then use Bracket (12) and fasten with
Bolt M8 x 20mm (13).
• Put the Rear Bracket Cover (14) onto the
Handlebar(11) and fasten with T Shape Knob (15).
• Put the Front Bracket Cover (28) on the other side and
fasten with screw M4 x 20mm (27).
• Slide the Computer (19) onto the computer holder of
Front Post (5) tighten with screws (22).
CAUTION:
Ensure that cables are not damaged during assembly or
when tightening screws.
