Information zum Vorbild

Die preußische Güterzug-Dampﬂokomotive der Gattung G 8.1 entstand als Weiterentwicklung der G 8. Die ersten Lokomotiven wurden im Jahr 1913 abgeliefert. Waren von der G 8 etwas über 1.000 Lokomotiven gebaut worden, war der G 8.1 ein Erfolg beschieden wie kaum einer anderen Lokomotive zuvor. 4.934 Loks wurden an die Königlich Preußische Eisenbahn-Verwaltung (KPEV) und zuletzt an die Deutsche Reichsbahn-Gesellschaft (DRG) geliefert.

10 Loks gingen an die Mecklenburgische Friedrich-FranzEisenbahn (MFF) und 137 Stück an die Reichseisenbahnen Elsaß-Lothringen. Bis 1922 lieferte Linke-Hofmann 50 Loks an die Polnische Staatsbahn. Zusätzlich gingen weitere Maschinen ins Ausland, unter anderem an die Bagdadbahn, nach Litauen und nach Rumänien. Die Gattung G 8.1 bildete eine große Stütze im Fahrzeugbestand der Deutschen Reichsbahn. Selbst nach 1945 waren noch über 1.000 Lokomotiven im Einsatz, die in beiden Teilen Deutschlands noch Dienst taten.

Information about the Prototype

The class G 8.1 Prussian freight steam locomotive was a further development of the G 8. The ﬁrst locomotives were delivered in 1913. While something over 1,000 units of the G 8 were built, the G 8.1 was a success like no other locomotive before it. A total of 4,934 locomotives were delivered to the Prussian Railroad Administration (KPEV) and to the German State Railroad Company (DRG).

Ten units went to the Mecklenburg Friedrich-Franz Railroad (MFF) and 137 units to Alsace-Lorraine Imperial Railways. By 1922 Linke-Hofmann had delivered 50 lo

comotives to the Polish State Railroad. In addition, other locomotives of this class went into the export market, among others, to the Baghdad Railroad, to Lithuania, and to Rumania. The class 8.1 was an essential part of the German State Railroad’s motive power. Even after 1945 there were still over 1,000 locomotives on the roster in both parts of Germany.

Hinweise zum Betrieb mit Gleichstrom:

• Zum Betrieb wird eine geglättete Gleichspannung benö

tigt. Betriebssysteme mit einer Impulsbreitensteuerung sind daher ungeeignet.

Hinweise zum Digitalbetrieb:

• Die genaue Vorgehensweise zum Einstellen der diversen Parameter entnehmen Sie bitte der Bedienungsanleitung Ihrer Mehrzug-Zentrale.

• Die ab Werk eingestellten Werte sind so gewählt, dass bestmöglichstes Fahrverhalten gewährleistet ist.

• Ab Werk ist bei dieser Lok für Digitalbetrieb die Adresse „55“ programmiert. Eingestellte Anzahl der Fahrstufen: 28.

• Korrektes Programmieren mit der Mobile Station 66920 ist erst ab der Versionsnummer 034 möglich.

• Der Betrieb mit gegenpoliger Gleichspannung im Bremsabschnitt ist mit der werkseitigen Einstellung nicht möglich. Ist diese Eigenschaft gewünscht, so muss auf den konventionellen Gleichstrombetrieb verzichtet werden (CV29 / Bit 2 = 0)

Sicherheitshinweise

• Die Lok darf nur mit einem dafür bestimmten Betriebs

system eingesetzt werden.

• Die Lok darf nicht mit mehr als einer Leistungsquelle gleichzeitig versorgt werden.

• Beachten Sie unbedingt die Sicherheitshinweise in der Gebrauchsanleitung zu Ihrem Betriebssystem.

• Für den konventionellen Betrieb der Lok muss das Anschlussgleis entstört werden. Dazu ist das Entstörset 611 655 zu verwenden. Für Digitalbetrieb ist das Entstörset nicht geeignet.

• In die 21-polige Schnittstelle darf nur der werkseitig montierte Trix-Decoder gesteckt werden.

The feeder track must be equipped to prevent interference with radio and television reception, when the locomotive is to be run in conventional operation. The 611 655 interference suppression set is to be used for thi

spurpose. The interference suppression set is not suitable for digital operation.

plugged into the 21-pin connector.

Werking

• Ingebouwde elektronica die het mogelijk maakt om naar keuze met, een conventionele gelijkstroomrijregelaar (max. ±12 Volt), Trix Systems of digitaalsysteem volgens NMRA-norm te rijden.

Aanwijzingen voor gelijkstroombedrijf

• Voor bedrijf is een afgevlakte gelijkspanning benodigd. Bedrijfssystemen met impulsduurregeling zijn om die reden ongeschikt.

Aanwijzingen voor digitale besturing:

• Het op de juiste wijze instellen van de diverse parame

ters staat beschreven in de handleiding van uw digitale Centrale.

• De vanaf de fabriek ingestelde waarden zijn zo ingesteld dat de rij-eigenschappen optimaal zijn.

• Vanaf de fabriek is deze loc geprogrammeerd op het digitale adres “55“.

Ingestelde rijstappen: 28.

• Het op de juiste wijze programmeren van de decoder met het Mobile Station 66920 is pas mogelijk vanaf de versie 034.

et bedrijf met tegengepoolde gelijkspanning in de

afremsectie is met de fabrieksinstelling

niet mogelijk. Indien deze eigenschap wenselijk is, dan moet worden afgezien van het conventioneel gelijkstroombedrijf (CV29 / bit 2 = 0).

Veiligheidsvoorschriften

• De loc mag alleen met een daarvoor bestemd bedrijfs

systeem gebruikt worden.

• De loc mag niet vanuit meer dan één stroomvoorziening gelijktijdig gevoed worden.

• Voor het conventionele bedrijf met de loc dient de aansluitrail te worden ontstoort. Hiervoor dient men de ontstoor-set 611 655 te gebruiken. Voor het digitale bedrijf is deze ontstoor-set niet geschikt.

• Lees ook aandachtig de veiligheidsvoorschriften in de gebruiksaanwijzing van uw bedrijfssysteem

• In de 21-polige stekker mag alleen de Trix-decoder gestoken worden die vanaf de fabriek is gemonteerd.

De bij normaal gebruik noodzakelijke onderhoudspunten worden verderop beschreven. Voor reparaties en onder

delen kunt zich tot Uw Trix handelaar wenden.

Elke aanspraak op garantie en schadevergoeding is uitgesloten, wanneer in Trix-producten niet door Trix vrijgegeven vreemde onderdelen ingebouwd en / of Trix-producten omgebouwd worden en de ingebouwde vreemde onderdelen resp. de ombouw oorzaak van nadien opgetreden defecten en / of schade was. De aantoonplicht en de bewijslijst daaromtrent, dat de inbouw van vreemde onderdelen in Trix-producten of de ombouw van Trix-producten niet de oorzaak van opgetreden defecten en / of schade is geweest, berust bij de voor de inbouw en / of ombouw verantwoordelijke persoon en / of ﬁrma danwel bij de klant.

Función

• Electrónica incorporada para un funcionamiento a discreción en corriente continua convencional (máx. ±12 V.), Trix Systems o sistemas Digital según las nor

mas NMRA.

• Detección automática del sistema entre los modos digital y analógico.

• La plena funcionalidad de funciones está disponible sólo en Trix Systems y en DCC.

• Faros encendidos según el sentido de marcha. En Digital se pueden encender y apagar.

Indicaciones para el funcionamiento con corriente continua

• Para la puesta en funcionamiento es necesaria una corriente continua ﬁltrada. Por ello, no son aptos los sistemas de funcionamiento con un control por anchos de impulso.

Indicaciones para el funcionamiento digital:

• Deberá consultar el procedimiento exacto de conﬁ

guración de los diversos parámetros en el manual de instrucciones de la central multitren que desee utilizar.

• Los valores conﬁgurados en fábrica se han elegido de modo que queden garantizadas las mejores caracterí

sticas de conducción posibles.

• En esta locomotora viene programada de fábrica la dirección „55“ para el modo digital y con 28 pasos de acceleración.

• Una correcta programación con la Mobile Station 66920 sólo es posible a partir de la versión número 034.

• No es posible el funcionamiento con tensión de corriente continua de polaridad opuesta en el tramo de frenado en funcionamiento en modo DCC. Si se desea esta característica, debe renunciarse al funcionamiento convencional con corriente continua (CV29 / Bit 2 = 0).

Aviso de seguridad

• La locomotora solamente debe funcionar en el sistema que le corresponda.

• La locomotora no deberá recibir corriente más que de un solo punto de abasto a la vez.

• Observe necesariamente los avisos de seguridad indicados en las instrucciones correspondientes a su sistema de funcionamiento.

• Para el funcionamiento convencional de la locomotora deben suprimirse las interferencias en la vía de conexi

ón de la alimentación. Para ello debe emplearse el set supresor de interferencias 611 655.

• Está permitido enchufar en la interfaz de 21 polos únicamente el decoder de Trix montado en fábrica.

Funzionamento

Avvertenze sul funzionamento con corrente continua

• Per l‘esercizio è necessaria una tensione continua livel

lata. I sistemi operativi con un controllo ad ampiezza di impulsi sono dunque inadeguati.

Istruzioni per la funzione digitale:

• L’esatto procedimento per l’impostazione dei differenti parametri siete pregati di ricavarlo dalle istruzioni di servizio della Vostra centrale per molti treni.

• I valori impostati dalla fabbrica sono scelti in modo tale che sia assicurato il comportamento di marcia migliore possibile.

• Nel caso di questa locomotiva è programmato dalla fabbrica per l’esercizio Digital l’indirizzo „55„. Numero dei livelli di marcia impostati: 28.

• Una corretta programmazione con la Mobile Station 66920 è possibile soltanto a partire dal numero di versione 034.

• Un funzionamento con tensione continua di polarità invertita nella sezione di frenatura, in caso di esercizio con DCC, non è possibile. Se si desidera questa caratteristica, si deve in tal caso rinunciare al funzionamento tradizionale in corrente continua (CV29 / Bit 2 = 0).

Avvertenze per la sicurezza

• Tale locomotiva deve venire impiegata soltanto con un sistema di esercizio prestabilito a questo scopo.

• Tale locomotiva non deve venire alimentata contempor

aneamente con più di una sorgente di potenza.

Vogliate osservare assolutamente le avvertenze di sicurezza nelle istruzioni di impiego del Vostro sistema di funzionamento.

• Nell’interfaccia a 21 poli deve venire innestato soltanto il Decoder Trix montato dalla fabbrica.

Anvisningar för drift med likström

• För drift behövs en glättad likspänning. Driftsystem med impulsbreddstyrning är därför olämplig.

Anvisningar för digital drift:

• Detaljerade anvisningar för att ställa in olika parametrar ﬁnns i bruksanvisningen till Er digitala ﬂertågs-körkontroll.

• Fabriken har ställt in dekodern i detta digitala lok på följande adresser: “55“. Antal inställda körsteg: 28.

• Korrekt programmering med Mobile Station 66920 kan endast göras fr.o.m. version nr. 034.

• Vid DCC-drift kan man inte köra med tvåpolig likspänning på ett bromsavsnitt. Önskar man ändå genomföra en sådan körning, så måste man förlita sig på konventionell likströmsdrift. (CV29 / Bit 2 = 0).

Säkerhetsanvisningar

• Loket får endast köras med därtill avsett driftsystem.

• Loket får endast förses av en kraftkälla åt gången.

• Beakta alltid säkerhetsanvisningarna i bruksanvisningen som hör till ditt driftsystem.

• När den motorförsedda lokdelen ska köras med kon

ventionell drift måste anlutningsskenan vara avstörd. Till detta använder man anslutningsgarnityr 611 655 med avstörning och överbelastningsskydd. Avstörningsskyd

• De værdier, der er indstillet fra fabrikken, er valgt såle

des, at der sikres de bedst mulige kørselsforhold.

• Fra fabrikken er dette lokomotiv programmeret til di

gitaldrift med adressen”55”. Indstillet antal køretrin: 28.

• Korrekt programmering med Mobile Station 66920 er først mulig fra versionsnummer 034.

• Det er ved DCC-drift

ikke muligt at anvende drift med modpolet jævnspænding i bremseafsnittet. Hvis denne egenskab ønskes, må der gives afkald på den konventionelle jævnstrømsdrift. (CV29 / Bit 2 = 0)

Sikkerhedshenvisninger

• Lokomotivet må kun anvendes med et driftssystem, der er beregnet dertil.

• Lokomotivet må ikke forsynes med mere end én effekt
