LED Definition

Port 1 - 4 LEDs (Green) - A lit LED indicates that the port is
ready for use or in operation. If an overcurrent condition occurs,
the port will immediately shut down and the LED will turn off.
The port will reset when the hub is disconnected and reconnected.

Installation

1. Plug the B type connector into the upstream port (Root port)
of the HUB (1)

2. Plug the A type connector into the Host (PC)

3. Connect all USB Devices to the HUB Host (2)

WARNING: You cannot connect another hub to this one. You
can, however, connect this hub to any self-powered hub to
increase the number of ports.

Overcurrent

An unlit port LED indicates a problem has been detected
and the port has been deactivated. Disc onne ct t he device
connected to the Port. The Port will unloc k onl y when the
HUB is shut down and restarted. Try reconnecting the
device. If the port LED turns off again, have the device
checked.

TRIPP LITE warrants its products to be free from defects in materials and workmansh ip f or lif e. T RI PP
LITE’s obligation under this warranty is limited to repairing or replacing ( at its so le optio n) any su ch
defective products. To obtain service under this warranty, you must obtain a Returned Mater ial
Authorization (RMA) number from TRIPP LITE or an auth or ized T RI PP LI T E ser vice center . Products
must be returned to TRIPP LI T E o r an au th o r ized T R I PP L I T E service center with transportation ch arges
prepaid and must be accompanied by a brief description of th e p r o b lem encountered and proof o f d ate an d
place of purchase. This warranty d o es no t ap p ly to eq u ip m en t, wh ich has been damaged by accident,
negligence or misapplication or h as b een altered or modified in any way.

IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANT ABI L I TY AND FITNESS FOR A
