2-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY

TRIPP LITE warrants its products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period
of two years (except batteries: 1 year) from the date of initial purchase. TRIPP LITE’s obligation under
this warranty is limited to repairing or replacing (at its sole option) any such defective products. To obtain
service under this warranty, you must obtain a Returned Material Authorization (RMA) number from
TRIPP LITE or an authorized TRIPP LITE service center. Products must be returned to TRIPP LITE
or an authorized TRIPP LITE service center with transportation charges prepaid and must be accompanied
by a brief description of the problem encountered and proof of date and place of purchase. This warranty
does not apply to equipment which has been damaged by accident, negligence or misapplication or has
been altered or modified in any way. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser who must have
properly registered the product within 10 days of purchase.

The warranties of all TRIPP LITE surge suppressors are null and void if they have been connected to
the output of any UPS system. The warranties of all TRIPP LITE UPS Systems are null and void if a surge
suppressor has been connected to its output receptacles.

EXCEPT AS PROVIDED HEREIN, TRIPP LITE MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED,
INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PUR­POSE.

EXCEPT AS PROVIDED ABOVE, IN NO EVENT WILL TRIPP LITE BE LIABLE FOR DIRECT,
INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE USE
OF THIS PRODUCT, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE. Specifically,
TRIPP LITE is not liable for any costs, such as lost profits or revenue, loss of equipment, loss of use of
equipment, loss of software, loss of data, costs of substitutes, claims by third parties, or otherwise.

The policy of TRIPP LITE is one of continuous improvement. Specifications are subject to change
without notice.

BAJO NINGUNA CIRCUNSTANCIA, POR DAÑOS Y/O PERJUICIOS DIRECTOS, INDIRECTOS,
ESPECIALES, INCIDENTALES O CONSECUENTES QUE SURJAN DEL USO DE ESTE PRODUCTO,
AUN SI EXISTEN ADVERTENCIAS SOBRE LA POSIBILIDAD DE TAL DAÑO. Específicamente,
TRIPP LITE no es responsable por costo alguno pertinente a pérdidas de ganancias, utilidades o réditos,
pérdida de equipos, pérdida de uso de equipos, pérdida de software o programas de computación, pérdida
de datos, costo de sustitutos, reclamos por terceras u otras partes.

TRIPP LITE garantiert für einen Zeitraum von zwei Jahren ab dem Tag des Ersterwerbs, daß seine Produkte
frei von Materialfehlern und Bearbeitungsmängeln sind (Batterien ausgenommen: 1 Jahr).

TRIPP LITEs Verpflichtung im Rahmen dieser Garantie beschränkt sich auf die Reparatur oder den Ersatz
(nach seiner alleinigen Wahl) eines fehlerhaften Produkts. Zur Inanspruchnahme dieser Garantie müssen
Sie eine Materialrückgabegenehmigungsnummer von TRIPP LITE oder einem autorisierten TRIPP LITE
Service Center anfordern. Die Produkte sind zusammen mit einer kurzen Beschreibung des Problems
sowie einem Kaufnachweis mit Datum und Ort frachtfrei an TRIPP LITE oder ein autorisiertes TRIPP
LITE Service Center zurückzuschicken. Diese Garantie gilt nicht für Geräte, die zufällig, infolge
Nachlässigkeit oder durch falsche Anwendung beschädigt oder auf irgendeine Art geändert oder
modifiziert wurden. Diese Garantie ist nur für den Originalkäufer gültig, der das Produkt innerhalb von
10 Tagen nach dem Kauf ordnungsgemäß registriert haben muß.

Die Garantien für alle TRIPP LITE-Überspannungsableiter sind null und nichtig, falls sie an den Ausgang
eines USV-Systems angeschlossen worden sind. Die Garantien für alle TRIPP LITE USV-Systeme sind
null und nichtig, falls ein Überspannungsableiter an seine Ausgangsbuchse angeschlossen worden ist.

VORBEHALTLICH DER BESTIMMUNGEN DIESER GARANTIE ÜBERNIMMT TRIPP LITE KEINE
GARANTIEN, WEDER AUSDRÜCKLICH NOCH STILLSCHWEIGEND, EINSCHLIESSLICH
GEWÄHRLEISTUNG DER MARKTGÄNGIGKEIT UND EIGNUNG FÜR EINEN BESTIMMTEN
ZWECK.

VORBEHALTLICH DER VORGENANNTEN BESTIMMUNGEN WIRD TRIPP LITE IN KEINEM
FALL FÜR UNMITTELBARE, MITTELBARE, SPEZIELLE, BEILÄUFIG ENTSTANDENE ODER
FOLGESCHÄDEN HAFTEN, DIE AUS DER BENUTZUNG DIESES PRODUKTS ENTSTEHEN,
SELBST WENN SIE VON DER MÖGLICHKEIT EINES SOLCHEN SCHADENS KENNTNIS HAT.

Insbesondere haftet TRIPP LITE nicht für Kosten wie entgangener Gewinn oder Ertrag, Verlust von
Geräten, Gerätebenutzungsausfall, Softwareverlust, Datenverlust, Kosten für Ersatz, Ansprüche Dritter
oder sonstiges.

Die Politik von TRIPP LITE ist eine Politik der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung. Spezifikationen sind
freibleibend.

uszkodzonego wyrobu . Uslugi gwarancyjne beda swiadczone pod warunkiem, ze nabywca przedstawi
numer Pozwolenia na Zwrot Urzadzenia, który jest wydawany przez Tripp Lite lub przez autoryzowany
serwis Tripp Lite. W wypadku zwrotu urzadzenia do Tripp Lite lub do autoryzowanego serwisu Tripp
Lite nalezy oplacic transport i dolaczyc krótki opis uszkodzenia oraz dowód zakupu zawierajacy date i
miejsce nabycia produktu. Gwarancja nie obejmmuje uszkodzen mechanicznych i uszkodzen wyniklych
z niewlasciwego uzytkowania lub wszelkiego typu samowolnych napraw i przeróbek. By gwarancja byla
wazna, nabywca zobowiazany jest osobiscie do zarejestrowania nowozakupionego urzadzenia w ciagu
10 -ciu dni od daty jego zakupu.
