Unplug the appliance from the mains supply when not in use, or before cleaning any part of the appliance.
Allow the appliance to cool fully before cleaning. This appliance is for household use only. Do not use the appliance outdoors or in damp or wet conditions. Do not immerse the body of the slow cooker or the electrical cord or plug in liquids. Do not use the appliance near a source of heat or on an unstable surface. Make sure that the power cord does not touch any hot surface and that it does not
overhang the edge of your work surface. When unplugging the power cord, hold the plug top, not the power cord. Do not use attachments or accessories which are not recommended by the manu-
facturer. They may cause malfunction or injury. Store the appliance away from direct sunlight and out of the reach of children. This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced
physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of this appli­ance by a person responsible for their safety.
Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance. Parents must warn children not to touch hot appliance parts.

There are no user serviceable parts in your slow cooker. Unauthorised dismantling or servicing will void the product warranty.
Do not operate the appliance with a damaged cord or plug or after the appliance or any component has been damaged. Seek expert assistance. If the mains power cord is damaged in any way it must be replaced by a qualied technician.
Use this appliance only as specied in this manual. Use extreme care when moving an appliance containing hot food or other liquids. When moving the appliance hold the appliance with both handles.
