CONVERSION KIT PB/CK/119 FOR PB/29
The conversion kit replaces the setting plate on the planer. The
adjustment plate supplied with some planer models can then be
fitted to the conversion kit, which separates the cutting edge from the
block. When the blade is fitted the assembled part can be adjusted
following the planer manufacturers instruction manual.

INTENDED USE
This conversion kit set is intended to
be used in certain portable power
planers to allow PB/29 to be fitted.
INSTRUCTIONS
Unplug machine when fitting blades
or undertaking any maintenance.
Never use dull blades. Always refer
to manufacturers instructions when
making adjustments and when using
power planers.

Fitting Reversible Blades:
1. Undo securing bolts half to one
turn & slide out blade.
2. Fit new blade & push blade back
into its correct seating position.
3. Check side clearance & tighten
securing bolts.
4. Check blades are level to back
shoe of planer.
5. Re-check tightness of securing
bolts.
6. Rotate block to ensure blades do
not foul.
